If you are a start-up company that needs to balance quality outsourcing of tasks with cost of services RGW IT is the "go to" resource. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, accessible, fair and efficient in all aspects of the business relationship. The bonus is they are kind, friendly and just a lot of fun to work with. The CEO and Founder, Ruvenss cares very much about client satisfaction and personally make sure that he and his team live up to his expectations. Nathalie is amazing at making sure that whatever need I have it gets heard and addressed. The Time Zone difference could be challenging for many companies but NOT RGW IT as they understand the importance of getting things done when it matters most. I am very grateful to have been recommended to this company as they have not only lived up to but exceeded my expectations.
