Ran into some issues at first order and unhappy. But, hats off to their awesome customer service team - they sent me a new one and totally turned things around.
Quick shipping, great price, and good communication via email. My only concern/hiccup was the inability to access my order history once I navigated away from the order confirmation page. The links to... もっと見る

Looked around and seemed the best
I looked around for recommendations, ratings, and everything else and they seem to have a good reputation. They had a big storm at their location so shipping was delayed, but they kept in touch and people always answer the phone. I just got the product and I know it has a two year warranty so hopefully it will be good. I know a couple of friends who use them a lot. All positive

Quick shipping / good communication and followup
Quick shipping, great price, and good communication via email. My only concern/hiccup was the inability to access my order history once I navigated away from the order confirmation page. The links to access the order history didn't work.

The boot-up time and self-check process are a bit slow, and the boot-up animation of the Earth 🌍 does look a bit cheap. But I have to say, it’s really functional. It’s more user-friendly and reliable than some of the well-known brands.

5 Stars for Ribao BC 55
The Ribao BC 55 money counter works fantastic. We are a school with many athletic and other events. We purchased one for our accounts managers office and then purchased a second one to keep in the athletics department. It came in a timely manner and is easy to use.
