Thank you for your honest feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear how disappointed you were with the shirt you received. Reading that you were looking forward to wearing it, only for it to be relegated to "sleep use only," is incredibly disappointing for us as well.

What you described is not our standard. The logo size should be prominent and match the product as advertised on our site. It sounds like there was a clear error in production with your item, and we want to make it right.

Please contact our support team at support@ricardoseco.com with your order number. We would like to send you a replacement shirt with the correct logo placement, free of charge. If you'd prefer, we can issue a full refund instead.
