We can’t thank Suzanne and Donna enough for helping us every step of the way in selling our house. From start to finish, they were amazing, professional, supportive, and always there when we needed them.
A special thank you to Suzanne — nothing was ever too much trouble. She went above and beyond for us, kept us updated daily even when she was off on holiday and gave us so much reassurance, especially because we were working toward a fixed date to move to the USA. That timeline could have been very stressful, but Suzanne made the whole process feel manageable.
We are so grateful for all the hard work, dedication, and care Suzanne and Donna put into helping us. We truly couldn’t have done it without them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Great support and advocacy
We sold our house and also purchased a property through the Ossett Office of Richard Kendall.
Lucy was our case manager and was a great support. There were some stressful ups and downs but Lucy was the calm voice of reason throughout.
We would definitely recommend.

Great company and staff
We've used Richard Kendall to manage our rentals for many years now and we have always been more than happy with their approach to our properties and have loved the pro active way in which they've dealt with issues, queries and sourcing reputable tradies. They've been invaluable in updating us on changes to legislation too.
Their staff in the Horbury branch go above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly, which takes a huge weight off my mind.

I cannot thank Karen Enough
I cannot thank Karen at the Wakefield branch enough for her incredible work on my recent move. From the moment my offer was accepted to the day I finally had the keys in my hand, the entire process took just over five weeks—a timeline I honestly didn't think was possible!
Moving house is notoriously stressful, but Karen made it feel seamless. Here are some of great aspects of our interactions:
Speed & Efficiency: To go from offer to completion in five weeks requires someone who is constantly on the ball, and Karen certainly was.
Proactive Communication: I was never left wondering what was happening. She kept me updated every step of the way and chased solicitors and third parties without me even having to ask.
Professionalism: She handled every minor hurdle with a calm, "can-do" attitude that really put my mind at ease.
She is an absolute credit to the Richard Kendall team

Would highly recommend Richard Kendall Estate Agents to anyone thinking of selling their property. From the initial valuation to completion everything was handled with professionalism and ease. Kind and helpful
Ive mostly dealt with Kelly, she has been helpful, kind and professional. Overall the service provided has been good and smooth. Only downside is having to chase them up for things a few times such as info to send rent to.
