My experience with Kiana and Sol was fantastic, they assisted me in finding a great role and I would highly recommend their service.

Recently I was made redundant and was fortunate enough to meet with Louise Kelly at Richard Lloyd. I found that Louise was compassionate and really tried to find the right fit for both me and the Client wanted. Most agencies now try to fit you into a box based on a certain criteria without actually trying to understand what experience you truly have. Louise did the exact opposite and now that I am in a position that I may need to hire staff I will be contacting her to help me find the right person.

My experience is great. Louise called me about a contract role and explained all aspects of the role to me. She also sent me a pack of documents with links to their website where there are a lot of information about how to prepare for an interview, which is very helpful. The replies from Louise for my various questions were prompt. Louise also gave me a lot of tips for interviews. In particular, she reminded me of the importance of replies with sufficient information in the 2nd interview. She told me not to take it for granted that all information I have provided in the 1st interview has been passed on to the interviewer in the 2nd interview in full and I should still answer questions completely. That really helped. Louise also followed up on referees checking responsibly. After I joined the new company, Louise continued to follow up making sure everything ran smoothly. I should say the communication between me and the recruiter was great. This recruitment agent helps candidates in securing a job to the greatest extent and is also responsible to the employer.

Chloe and Tom help me secure my job during the pandemic. Chloe helped me prepare for interview, discussing what I was looking for, talking through the role and was pretty easy for me to reach out to both Tom and Chloe. Both of them are really friendly and professional at the same time. I am very happy with the role I am in and definitely will want to work with them again future. Diana Boyd helped me to secure a long term role as accountant which I had worked for 3 years. Then Kylie Bonafini has been working with me since Diana moved to Canada.
Amazingly, 3.5 years later and during the Covid, Kylie Bonafini and Geoff Balmer just landed me another role as business accountant. It is amazing experience working with Richard Lloyd, specially Sol Lehrer, she is absolutely fantastic. She explained the job description clearly and coached me with tips on how to win the interview. It was a quick turnaround, we had a call in the morning about the role and in the afternoon she was able to secure the interview with the CFO and the following morning we got the confirmation!!
