Richard Lloyd are certainly true to their vision of keeping the building of long term partnerships with clients and candidates at the heart of what they do. I have experienced this vision many times both as a candidate and a client. Whilst I have experienced honesty, professionalism, and continual communication throughout the recruitment process from all members of the Richard Lloyd team that I have worked with, co-founder David Landau has always 'exceeded expectations' and is an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend David and the Richard Lloyd team - they really satisfy a gap in the market.

Sol and Justin are the best. I had the pleasure of working with Sol Lehrer and Justin Wong, who helped me secure a role I am very excited about. I had the privilage of dealing with Richard Lloyd Agency and my contact person was Kiana. She was brilliant. She kept me in the loop every step of the way. When I had questions she answered the straight away. With so many other agencies Kiana always contacted me and I never had to wonder or wait to try and figure out what was happening. You can't go wrong with Richard Lloyd.

I'm a first time Mum who had been on maternity leave for almost 3 years before I started looking for a full time work around March 2021. Chloe Weldon is an absolute wonderful person that has really changed my opinion about recruitment agents. Throughout the initial interview with her up to interview with potential employer and being offered a role, she has been really helpful and supportive. I did not once feel belittled for my weaknesses, in fact she helps me focus more on my strengths - this is something I have never encountered through recruitment agents before. She is friendly, shows genuine interest in knowing me, find me a suitable role, promptly answers my queries, providing feedback and updates all the way.

They also run training session on how to ace interview with potential employer, which provides some handy tips for me.
