Turned up to view a car and test drive. We had booked an appointment but yet no one was available to help us when we arrived had to track down employee for the booking. When we finally got the keys the car was in a sorry state. Melted chocolate in the dashboard. Broken handle for the middle seat pass through was just left in the boot. Car was filthy and found all the previous owners stuff in the doors and back foot wells. When we took it iut for a test drive there was barely any fuel and 1 miles from the dealer the car came up with a tire pressure fault and told us to pull over. Upon returning to the dealer and asking what similar vehicles were available a very weak attempt to find suitable replacements were made. Had to ask can we actually see the cars please. When asked to look at the MGs the employee said he would get another employee to show us. We stood in the dealer for 10 minutes then gave up as no one came. Decided to walk around the lot ourselves and see the stock but ultimately decided this dealer wasn't worth using due to lack of customer care.

Phoning to enquire about a new Inster Criss I was lucky enough to be put through to Maz Miah who was immediately responsive, organised a test drive the same day, and subsequently saw me through to delivery of the new car.
