i was seen by the most lovely funniest man named ian coe, as an 18 year old girl who doesn’t know much about cars, he was patient and kind and answered all my silly questions without complaint made me feel super comfortable and confident with my (not so) abilities! i will most definitely be coming back this is my first car (skoda kamiq) and he has glowing reviews ans opinions for the car i chose and was so knowledgeable about everything!! you were and amazing help ian thank you so much!!!

As a fleet car supervisor with a fleet of 14 Skoda, spend some time with the service department, all of the Service advisors aways have a friendly smile when I walk in for whatever reason I’m there, be it booking cars for service or work or dropping off or collecting cars when ready, Alex Crowley is our first point of contact, and nothing is to much trouble.

Very easy process with really polite and informative staff. Made purchasing my new vehicle simple and easy. Made me feel like a valued customer.

I had read many reviews about the Skoda Kodiaq and was considering purchasing along with other brands that we had looked at.
On arrival we met with the Skoda salesman Mr Ian Coe he was friendly and welcoming, we told him that we had seen a car on your website, to which he arranged a test drive. The car had only delivery miles on the clock 12. We took the car for a test drive and was very impressed with it the drive and functionality.
Shortly after the drive we decided to purchase if the trade in value of our car could be met. Ian was able to reach a value that suited us. He told us about all the finance options available and completed all necessary paperwork. We completed and arranged to pick the car up a week later.
Ian once again completed all the forms for taxing and cancelling the tax on both cars. 5 star service.

From the moment we entered the showroom, we knew we were in for a good experience. It was calm and clean with a variety of well looked after Škoda models for us to look at. We were not sure whether to get the Karoq or the Kamiq but soon after our salesperson Kallum showed us each model, we knew we’d go for the karoq. Kallum was very knowledgable and made us feel at ease, making sure we were getting everything we needed from such a big purchase. The test drive was great and brilliant location to drive both residential and on the motorway. Pickup and handover was seamless and we were soon driving our new car away.

Took my car in for its first service and cannot praise the entire staff enough. The servicing team in particular were helpful, knowledgable and it was an all round pleasant and helpful experience.
Will be bringing it back when its service is next due

*Pretext below that we had already contacted the warrenty company by phone and knew what the warrwnty end date was.*

Phone Skoda portsmouth about 2 faults.
1, wiper randomly going off on their own.
2. Car asking to accept an update, that we do, but doesnt sussucessfully update. So keeps coming back for weeks.

Customer services say they cant get the car in until after warrenty ends. (Convenient). Despite it being nearly 2 weeks away.

So went in to have a go in person. Apparently the customer service ladies say its 'Policy' that a fault has to be confirmed by the dealer before the warrenty end date, and doesnt matter when said fault is reported. (Convenient again). So i kicked up a fuss and they managed to 'squeeze it in' on the last day.

Dropped car off with added problem that 2nd key didnt work depite having changed battery at home.

1st thing through was a 'health check' that we didnt ask for. The car had an MOT the previous week with no advisories. Waste if overyones time.

Then a call so say couldnt find the fault. Sent a vidoe to confirm but that was it. They didnt fix the update.
Said car was out of warrenty (FFS!) But if we paid fir an extended warrenty theyd have another look (convenient).

Told them where to go. Picked up car and a bill for 2 key batteries! Jeeze only wanted 1 fixed. Good lord.

So left with same faults. Complete waste of time and utterly appalling servce. Wont ever go back there. Rude staff. No idea what customer service is. Lost a customer thus time. Avoid!
