I had an extremely pleasant experience buying my dream timepiece from Watches of Manchester. Communication with them prior to my visit was great. During my visit at no point did I feel rushed or pressured to complete a transaction. The features of the watch were thoroughly explained to me and all the necessary documents were presented to me there and then. Overall, I felt very much at ease and would therefore highly recommend Watches of Manchester.

I purchased a Rolex GMT Master II 'PEPSI' I has been looking around for a few months but the prices for this particular model are really high, some one mentioned to me about Richard in his shop in hale so I made a call askes a few questions which Richard was happy to answer with no rush answer I made an appointment for the following week. Richard didn't take a deposit from me and promises he would hold it for me to have a look. I was greeted by Emma who I must say is very charming and also very helpful. On viewing the watch I was more than happy, the watch was as per description and the service from Emma and Richard was a no rush sale. I was in the shop for over one hour with a couple of coffess and biscuits along the way. The watch is exactly what I was hoping for and I am more than happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend RIchard and Emma two great people very patient with no hard sell. Thank you again and I'll defiantly tell family and friends about you take care , Peter

I recently purchased a watch from Richard at Watches of Manchester. I received a first class service from Richard who was easy to deal with and his communication during the process was excellent. Richard was always available to answer my questions via telephone, email and WhatsApp. The pricing was very competitive and I will happily purchase from them again.

There is not enough room on here to explain the experience of the process of the buying experience . Richard and Emma are a true lady and gentleman. A secure and relaxed atmosphere is a blessing. Certainly No sales pitch, being treated with respect and a true interest in the products on sale. A one to one with an appointment is highly recommended. This is not a shop that sells watches. It’s a high class boutique that welcomes everyone that has a true interest in watches ( sorry timepieces )
Richard takes his time showing you watches that you are interested in. He discusses your interests and life in general. Be prepared to allow plenty of time for your experience. Coffee a plenty. To sum up I left feeling I’d made a couple of friends and will certainly be visiting again. I’m of age and all I want is to deal with honest hard working people and I was not disappointed.

Absolutely faultless experience with Rich and Lisa, beautiful shop and absolutely outstanding stock! Attention to detail was brilliant and they are so accommodating and helpful with everything. I went into RichTime, Watches of Manchester today to pick up a necklace for a birthday gift.
Richard and his wife were so helpful from the very beginning to the end.
They made me feel really welcome when I arrived for my appointment and are really chatty and lovely people. Also they are really knowledgable about the jewellery and watches what they are selling.
Wouldn’t think twice about recommending anyone to shop at Rich Time.

Rich was recommended to me by a friend as a source of high end watches. Initially I was quite suspicious, with so many scammers around, but still took a leap of faith and decided to visit his showroom Rich Time in Hale, Cheshire. Boy, was I blown away by the showroom and more importantly the customer service from both Rich and Emma. If ever anyone contemplates a career in retail, they should definitely take lessons from the masters. Rich explained everything in detail. There was no rush. We are very happy with our watch. Look no further, this is the place to visit if you are buying a watch without a second thought. No words to express how amazing and welcomed we felt, as Rich and Emma didnt go the extra mile, but an extra 100+ miles

I booked a appointment at the boutique as I live in the area, I was blown away by how good the shop was and how welcoming rich was, he made me feel at ease and I stayed in the shop for over a hour and a half having a coffee and really enjoyed the morning with him, I sold a watch and the money was in my bank straight away everything was so smooth, thanks again 👍
