Ordered calender and phone charger on 13th October, still havnt received, sent two emails and no response , can't track parcel, will be recommending nobody use this site as poor delivery and no customer service

**UPDATE*** Advent calendars arrived 4 weeks after ordering. Missing jigsaw pieces in each advent day! Day 1 missing 1 jigsaw piece, day 2 missing 1 jigsaw piece! Awful product. Awful company

Ordered fridge magnet 16 nov. Order acknowledged still no delivery, emailed but no reply. About to open complaint with PayPal.

Waited a very long time for my order to arrive and when it finally did it was wrong and an item was missing. I have emailed the company twice and no response- I will not be using this company again and definitely d not recommend.

Ordered 2 “air fryer quick guide books” and after a long wait I received 2 “pressure cooker guide books” emailed twice with no response and cannot get an exchange or refund. Shame on you ricife

I ordered a jigsaw calendar about 2 months ago and its yet to turn up. Its December 1st tomorrow and I bought it as a gift for my partner. I've tried emailing and had no reply. There is not number for them so there is nothing I can do. Feel very pissed off with them

I ordered the Christmas advent jigsaw, on 22 nd October. Received it last week November 24th.
When I opened the jigsaw there was 2 boxes for 24 th December and 22 nd box missing. Have emailed three times ,no reply. Was going to give to my grandson ,good job I opened it to check.Very disappointed as it’s useless.

Ordered the advent calendar back in the beginning of November. As everyone else has said, took the money but no product. Emailed several times but no response. And they have the cheek to email me with their products. DO NOT order from this company especially through Facebook They are scammers

I ordered 3 advent jigsaw puzzles on 23rd October, STILL waiting for them to arrive. I arranged my Christmas lunch get together with one of the people I plan to give it to today, expecting it to have arrived in the last 5 weeks since ordering. So, no gift, and will have to make a special journey to deliver when we are next both free, so much for making the puzzle over advent!!! Should have 'realized' (will not accept English spelling) coming from China. BUT 5 WEEKS, AND STILL NOT HERE!!!????? Customer Service ignoring my emails!!!

A similar story to the other reviews here. Item ordered weeks ago, nothing delivered, tracking info supplied appears to be fake and designed to delay or frustrate chargeback claims to PayPal/banks. Avoid.

Ordered a calendar and the payment has come out and has been paid for. Yet its been over a week, I've had no update in regards to tracking my item. Then the inly way you can track is if you download a useless app where you have to input more information than you actually have been given from Ricife.co.uk. USELESS SERVICE REGRET PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

I ordered two items but when my parcel arrived one of the items was incorrect. I have emailed customer services three times with no response.

I am now stuck with a useless Christmas present because the two T-shirts I ordered were meant to be ‘Chest’ and ‘Nuts’ both in black and what I got were two’Chests’, one in green and one in black. The Christmas humour doesn’t work with that combination.

A waste of money in my opinion and no Customer Service.

I ordered 2 x silver plated, vintage teaspoon bookmarks, with embossed message. What came was 2 x stainless steel, spoon(ish) shaped pieces of metal, that had been badly engraved. I though I was buying from a British company, but these were shipped from China. I wish I had read the reviews before hand.
I have emailed them, but no acknowledgment/response yet.

Ordered Gloves never arrived. Scam website

We bought these for a pageant and the Velcro was just not holding these shoes on. They fell off about 12 times in a matter of 5 minutes, and it was because the Velcro just wouldn’t stick. Too bad, because it was a cute shoe.

Ordered 2 air fryer recipe cards waited 4weeks for delivery from china .finally arrived today 2 pressure cooker recipes ,can’t be bothered to try and return ,should have read reviews .definitely would not have ordered from this company

I ordered a air fryer recipe cook book from here and I don’t get replies to emails and the tracking number quoted is not acceptable. Do Not Order From This Lot.
