I am a part of EPH past 6months and in this time frame I am completely changed personality. What more I can ask for when my child listen to me and I am able to understand the my child better. I can handle his tantrums better than before without bribing. And above all my relationship has improved alot with my partner.

The journey with Easy Parenting Hub was fabulous in a duration of 3 months. I could control my anxiety and get clarity about the consequences. Anger drain out the energy and makes me feel low. Looking forward for more and more learning. Love love love to all cheerful and learning mothers.

I just loved being a part of Health Challenge… I had started keeping myself hydrated and that is also helping me in dealing with my migraine.. Having early dinner has now become a family habit… thank you Riddhi and EPH Family.

This course on parenting is really a prerequisite nowadays. This course haas covered several topics right from handling a child to handling ourselves and resolving issues by staying calm. I like all the sessions in all the weeks. This has changed the mindset to look at things differently and really enjoyed and grateful to be part of EPH community. More learnings to go.

I joined EPH in june ,after join EPH i am seeing the positive change in me and my relationship with husband and with my kids,
I learnt how to behave with teenager.This is the only community where mothers are improved before kids.

I joined EPH 4 month ago. Already i am seeing the positive change in me and my relationship with kids .
I learnt how to be more spiritual and practical with teenager.Also gave me energy boost when i found out what i was doing and following is not wrong. When none in family supported my thinking.
So its energy boost and positive change where in instead of controling kids and getting them do the right things ...its connecting and make them do with happiness

After joining to EPH, I feel lots of changes in my life. My pattern of parenting is change, I became more calmer, I am giving more quality time to my family. Easy parenting hub healthy club is really beneficial for woman around us
Who are not able to take care of their own health due to their own responsibility,time constraints.Its so easy to follow the health club activities to maintain our health . Following the path of Easy parenting hub is always a blessing for all of us

In Health club they made us to eat healthy food, simple exercises like walking, jogging, dancing which makes us sweat. Drinking 3 ltrs of water was compulsory. Included fruits in our meals and no sweets in a simple way. Early dinner made a huge difference in me. I lost 2 kg in 15 days. Thanks to EPH.

EPH made life very simple and calm. Joined as frustated person & depressed single mother. Accepting Riddhi Deorah as Mentor, life became smoother. Her simple solutions makes life more simple. Lots of love and gratitude Riddhi Madam & EPH family
