The technician was perfect and so helpful but the bike and battery came with scratches and looks like used for long

Not God comunication after one week i cancel my subsription but they come for it next week thats why they dont exelt the first week as Trial period and after the payment a keep coming every week and they tok the bike back on second week and after when i contact them they said that anyvay i must pay for one month but he didnt explain that when come for bike and he take it avay so no bike no explain but i must pay its outregius and i ask the people who has same problem to contact me and we Gona put on legal way that they never again do this to another people regars Attila Hunyadi

Netjes op tijd en afspraak geleverd met duidelijke uitleg.

Heb een nieuwe fiets gekregen omdat mijn oude op was , die gaan ze oplappen ging snel en dit verwacht je ook wel van dit bedrijf want het is niet goedkoop . Al met al een prima service

De persoon op reception was heel aardig and goed uitgelegd alles.
Alleen de problem is dat die fiets niet good controleerd omdat als jij fietsen die accu stopt opeens en achterlicht hlemall van begin doet niet.

Ik heb 6 maanden gebruik gemaakt van de Noord fiets en circa 80km per week gefietst. Ik ben erg tevreden! De fiets is makkelijk in gebruik, snel en in goede staat. Door regen, storm en sneeuw geen probleem. Door het vele gebruik is de accuhouder op een gegeven moment losgeraakt. Dit werd vlug gerepareerd door Noord en daarbuiten is er niks mis gegaan met de fiets.
Ik heb de fiets ingeleverd nu ik elders werk, maar voor de toekomst houd ik ze aanbevolen.

Read the contract carefully before you rent a bike from this company! There are so many nasty, questionable terms in there that I don't recommend this service to anyone.

In case of any damage to the bike they charge you (nearly) in full.
The customer service is also not your friend and even lies if that gets you to pay them more.

💯 would recommend. I missed my appointment to pick up the ebike in the morning, i showed up just before closing time and still managed to get the ebike. Very helpful and pleasant experience thanks to the Portuguese worker there.

Great service overall. The staff was very helpful, especially Refki, who clearly explained everything and expedited getting me the bike. Some negative reviews seem to come from misunderstandings about the subscription and cancellation policy. I’ll update this as I continue my subscription.

Tot nu toe geen goede ervaring. Fiets werkt niet goed. maakt veel herrie en de versnelling werkt niet. Alleen bereikbaar via mail waardoor het lang duurt voordat er een reactie komt.

De service van het onderhoudspersoneel, het bedrijfsbeleid en de kwaliteit van de aangeboden fietsen zijn zeer slecht.

Snelle levering en even bellen van te voren is handig om elkaar niet mis te lopen alsnog.
