Top service, great item and awesome price

We have had 2 broken scooters now, one firstly had our handle bars snap on us while riding at 20mph and caused serious injury. This was very well dealt with by a kind lady named Emma who paid for a ride home and arranged a new scooter for us. We have now received our new scooter around a month ago and this is how it is;
Our screen has completely fallen off
It has a broken mudguard
No one can see us in the dark as the light has fallen off with the mudguard.

They have refused to refund and offered us to be able to purchase a repair to their damage 😂 quite a joke of a company making us pay for there problems they created.

I’d purchase the Segway nine bot e22e electric scooter for just as good range and similar speeds. Much better quality and build.

Great value electric scooter! There are a lot of fraudulent websites selling e-scooters and I’m glad I went with a trustworthy website. Customer service was excellent! A huge thanks to Matt, who answered all of my questions. They even offer affordable aftercare, which is brilliant! Would definitely recommend.

Great service an quick delivery, had a small problem after a few days of using the scooter but contacted them an they couldn’t of been more helpful an was sorted straight away.

5 star! I opted for the same day local delivery and my scooter arrived within a matter of hours. There was a mix up with the delivery time, as it arrived earlier than expected, but I can't complain about that! For a relatively new company, I was pleasantly surprised.

Great scooter and extremely fast, next day delivery. I ordered it Monday afternoon, it arrived Tuesday morning! God knows how they made that happen so quickly, but I’m utterly thrilled.

Best purchase I’ve made in a very long time . Delivery was quick and the seller communication was great. Easy to use and charge. I’ve had so many of my family and friends ask me where I go my scooter from. And the price is really good. Would highly recommend.
