Thank you so much for your message and for sharing your thoughts. I’m thrilled to hear you’ve enjoyed the energy and dedication inside the Academy — and I truly appreciate your kind words about Stephen.

Regarding the refund, I completely understand your point of view, and I’m sorry for any frustration this may have caused. Our refund policy requires students to complete the program and submit a video showing their skills before a refund can be evaluated. This helps us make sure each student truly gives the method a fair chance, which is why requests can’t be approved before those steps are completed.

If you’d like us to take another look or need help moving forward, please feel free to contact us at support@ridleyacademy.org. We’re here to help in any way we can.

Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience — it’s incredibly inspiring. Many people can relate to the challenge of sticking with an instrument, so hearing how you’ve finally found the motivation and consistency is truly amazing.

Stephen’s enthusiasm and constant encouragement come straight from his passion for helping students break through those barriers, so it means a lot to know that his messages helped you stay excited, focused, and committed. The fact that you now make the time to practice — even with a busy life — speaks volumes about your dedication.

You should be really proud of how far you’ve come. Progress like that doesn’t happen by accident; it happens because you showed up, kept going, and believed in yourself. We’re grateful to be part of your journey and can’t wait to see you continue growing.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re incredibly happy to hear that you started learning songs from the very first class and that the structure of the program — exercises, guidance, and encouragement — has helped you stay on track even with a busy schedule.

One of our favorite parts of your review is hearing that you were able to write your own song using what you learned. That’s exactly what this program is designed for: giving you the tools to understand music, express yourself creatively, and grow at your own pace.

It’s wonderful to know that having lifetime access allows you to review, refresh, and continue progressing whenever you need. And we appreciate your recommendation more than you know — it means everything to us.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for sharing such a powerful and touching story. Reading about your very first memory of hearing a grand piano at just 4 years old — and how that sound stayed with you for a lifetime — is truly moving. It’s an honor to know that we get to be part of helping you fulfill a dream that has lived in you for so many years.

Your journey is a reminder that it’s never too late, and that passion doesn’t expire with age, circumstances, or the challenges life places in our path. We’re so happy that Stephen’s way of teaching helped everything finally “click” for you, and that the program made sense in a way other lessons never did.

We’re also incredibly grateful that you trusted us enough to take the next step, and we’re glad the payment plan made it possible for you to join. Seeing you learn, grow, and stay committed — even when you say you’re “not very good yet” — is exactly what inspires us every single day. And we know you will get there, because you already have the most important ingredients: heart, consistency, and courage.

Your words about our support team truly touched us. We want every student to feel seen, encouraged, and never alone — like being surrounded by friends who genuinely want the best for you. Knowing that you feel that way means everything.

Thank you again for your generosity, your honesty, and your beautiful spirit. Your message will inspire so many others who are “on the fence.”

Thank you for sharing your perspective. While we understand that every musician has their own journey and preferences, it’s important to clarify that this comment appears to come from someone who has not personally studied with Ridley Academy.

Our programs have been trusted by tens of thousands of students around the world, from complete beginners to advanced players, many of whom share their progress and success stories publicly every week. Our mission has always been to make world-class piano training accessible, inspiring, and achievable for anyone who loves music — regardless of age or background.

Stephen Ridley’s method is built from decades of professional experience as a performer and composer, and while it may differ from traditional conservatory-style training, its results speak for themselves through our students’ accomplishments.

We value open dialogue and respect all artistic viewpoints, but we also believe that honest feedback should come from those who have experienced the course firsthand. If your friend is a verified student, we’d be happy to discuss their experience directly to ensure it’s addressed properly.

Thank you again for taking the time to comment — and for helping us continue promoting meaningful conversations about how music can change lives.
