Got a great price in the sale. Soft leather shoes for £55 in a G fitting i.e. wide fitting. Am chuffed. Free delivery to mainland. Make: Remonte, sister company.

Purchased my wife a pair of lace up ankle boots end of summer 2025 with a zip, similar to the traditional Doc Martens shape, ready for walking in Winter.

As an ex member of HM Forces, both my wife's and children's school shoes are always cleaned & polished weekly.

I am not up for a lecture from the manufacturer when it comes to leather care and shoe storage, as my business footwear is purchased from a major UK shoemaker and they last me years!!

In short, the leather on her boots has lifted all over the toe cap areas and is as thin as toilet tissue paper.

Absolutely disgusting quality for the price. I would recommend that even if you are taken by the look and the feel upon purchase, I would avoid at all costs!

Ordered online , width sizing is confusing so I ignored it and they fitted anyway size 6 tight zip

Unfortunately the boots I ordered were too small and I had to send them back. However I would certainly order from Rieker again. Quick delivery and no hassle returns are a bonus.

Excellent quality and fit. I am size 9 ladies, and in amongst the more traditional styles are some really modern ones.
I dont buy my Shoes, sandals, or Boots anywhere else.
Because if my locality (and Size of feet!) I have to buy using the Reiker App. Its an easy seamless process.

Dispite contacting Rieker via email and telephone I have not received my refund.
I ordered two pairs of boots to compare , returned one via Royal Mail tracking , unworn in perfect condition the day after receipt two months ago. No refund received.

Great price and fast delivery

Ordered a pair of shoes which just didn’t fit so returned. Still waiting 2 weeks later for a refund which is longer than most. Have sent online request re refund. Tried web chat but off line. Reading these reviews no wonder.

The boots look lovely and are comfortable but they are not waterproof, I have 2 pairs that get very wet and then leave water stains , I have tried waterproofing them but still no luck, so just wear them on dry days, will not buy again.

A dramatic fall from grace. I have trusted this brand with my feet for more than 10 years and never expected a betrayal of this kind.

I bought my usual size (EU 44) from one of the Danish retailers without a second thought—yet the shoes are so oversized it feels like an extra foot could fit inside them.
To make matters worse, the internal lining was destroyed after just 3–4 wears. This represents a total and complete loss of faith in the brand. I will not be returning.

The original pair of boots were sent extremely quickly with the relevant return information which was required after ordering the wrong size, this made return and refund a very quick and easy process. Also ordering the correct size was easy too due to your very well set out website. Well done.

Waited long but happy with my shoes. Will probably order again in the Spring.

Lovely boots very comfortable and waterproof will be using these on a daily basis when dog walking

I’ve returned the boots on the 22nd December, and I am still waiting for the confirmation email or anything from them to let me know my refund is being processed. I have sent an enquiry cuz this is taking too long and haven’t heard back from them. I want my money back.

I have shopped at reiker for all my footwear and have always had an amazing experience. Unfortunately for the first time on 23/12/25 I had a bad experience in your Barnstaple store where the younger girl was very rude to me and unhelpful and clearly didn’t want to be there. If I asked her a question she just looked at me as if to say I was wasting her time and looked miserable. The lady with the glasses and the gentleman are always very nice and helpful and the lady with the glasses was on shift too. It might be worth teaching staff manners it would improve customers experience, but I won’t be returning after years shopping with you
