I ordered a Jersey for my nephew on November 26, 2024. I thought I wasn’t going to receive it because of the reviews I was reading. I did receive it on January 3, 2025. You will receive your items it just takes 6 to 8 weeks.

Total scam. Never received product and it says usps is awaiting parcel in the same city for the past month. Ordered late November and tried to contact them and no response or way to call.

Very disappointed son at Christmas when we never received the Jersey we bought. I hope stealing was worth it.

I am extremely disappointed that I paid for something that I never received. If I could, I wouldn't have even gave this one star. There is no phone number to talk to somebody. Whenever someone emailed me back, it was to say that they were updating the UPS delivery number and update where it was at. Amazing how something was arriving somewhere two days before the actual calendar date as well as it amazingly kept arriving at the same place over and over again. I'm ashamed to say that I got duped!

A review of "Rigabit" led me to believe I had ordered an item on a scam website. It appeared, through tracking, that my purchase wasn't going to leave New Jersey. After contacting PayPal, my method of payment, they were able to contact the seller. I was unable to contact "Rigabit" from an e-mail address attached to the confirmation of my order. Turned out that my item arrived a few days after contacting PayPal. I appreciate Paypal's efforts to resolve my problem, but it was a coincidence that while they were investigating the item ordered was delivered.

Update: I had previously written a review that it was a complete scam. well after several messages to their customer service and a negative review here (not sure if that had anything to do with it), I finally got a response after a few weeks of persistent messaging. The tracking was updated and I received the jersey I had ordered at Thanksgiving for my son for Christmas today 1/8/2025. Apparently customer service does exist, though is difficult to get a response, and actually isn't a complete scam as I initially thought.

Jersey arrived several weeks after Christmas...took over a month to arrive...tracking info stalled in Illinois and thought this was a scam.

Same story only they were called BeExpress. It’ on its way. Sorry, it’s Chinese customs holding things up. USPS should have received it by now. USPS ran a check and the item was never in their system, but cudos to their great job at stringing customers along. I’ve learned to check BEFORE I purchase. Every company selling the particular item I wanted was bogus.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Ordered something for Christmas on Dec. 2nd. Never received it and the email provided on the website does not work. Tried several times and it wont go through. I think it is a scam.

Zero stars if I could. Promised an item in time for Christmas and it still hasn't been shipped. I ordered it over a month ahead of time. I have gotten no responses from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Same EXACT THING Tricia Chauncey is saying. Been awaiting at pick up 15 days ....never has moved, showed in transit then just stopped. $86.76 . No phone #.

Big time scam! Ordered a camo NFL hoodie for my husband for Christmas. Thought it was a good price at $79.99. Ordered mid Nov. Tracking shows it has been in New Jersey since 11/28 and still there as of 12/24. Please don't waste your time, effort and money on yhe website!!! (No one to call for refund either!)

Total scam. Same thing as all the other reviews. USPS tracking does not show receiving package just a label created. And the person that emails back just says wait on tracking to be updated and that they can't cancel the order. I am going to do what I can through paypal even if it is just to get paypal to block other good people from sending their money to this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM RIGABIT. It is a scam/fraud company. I never received my items! They charged my credit card and I haven’t been able to get the refunds back. No way to reach the company.

Both are not U.S. BASED. Both have ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Both take your money and do not send merchandise. Both are complete scams. I ordered a Christmas gift from Rigabit on November 21, 2024. Today is December 20th and my product has still not shipped. I have ZERO CONFIDENCE I WILL EVER RECEIVE MY PURCHASE. Zero customer support. Zero ability to contact after placing order and they they have your money. No follow up after purchase. I ordered items from both Fanatics and NFL Gear many days after ordering from both of these companies (standard ship) and received items in 4-7 days. Worst on-line purchase of my life. Never buy from overseas based site! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED BY THE FACT YOU EVENTUALLY REALIZE YOU'VE BEEN RIPPED OFF!

I would gi e zero stars if I was able to. I got one email saying they got my order and it would take 7 days to start the order then up to 15 days for shipping. That was two months ago. A month ago I got a tracking email. I emailed them and said that the package hadn't moved and asked for a refund. Yesterday I got an emails saying they would see if the manufacturer would cancel the order. In other words...I won't be getting any refund nor what I ordered. Scam all the way

Scam company. No response to messages. They changed my shipping state before I got a confirmation email. Also tracking link doesn’t work. Only bad reviews online. I should have researched better.

Do not order from this site! It is a scam. I've lost 120.00 on Christmas presents for my grandson's, which really hurts as I am on a fixed income and wanted to get cool things for them. It's really too bad that people take advantage of customers!

I ordered 2 jerseys on Nov. 12. They still have not arrived. After speaking (via email) since they don’t have a working phone number. I was informed it must be lost and they would reship but they gave me the same tracking number. This is definitely NOT a reputable company. I wish I had done my due diligence before I ordered. Now I don’t have time to get the jersey my grandsons wanted for Christmas.

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM RIGABIT!!! I ordered a jersey a month ago and I’ve yet to see it. Cheryl is absolutely no help. She refuses to answer simple questions and just sends messages with the same tracking number over and over again. And on top of that, the tracking number doesn’t work and won’t update so there’s no way of knowing where my package is. She refuses to give any sort of customer service. Lizzie is the same way. Completely useless. Believe me when I say that this company isn’t worth the anger, frustration, or time. Any other company is better than Rigabit. Do not give this company your money or you’ll regret it. No customer service, package is extremely late (if it’s even coming), and endless anger. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!
