Beware of hiden fees
Please beware of cancellation and re-schedules fees which they do not communicate at first contact to book appointment. When changed my mind about getting the product I was questioned intensively and had to provide reason etc.
The sales person however was very knowledgeable and friendly.

worst company ever
worst company ever, DNO wasn’t competed at the time of installation in which they need my signature for so the certificate was fraudulent, nobody contacts you once they have received money leaving you blind. I’m not sure where any of these good reviews have come from the the only good thing was the sales rep who came out to me

System up and running, very happy with the system. Ben explains everything so well,cant wait to see the savings, installers were brilliant, cant fault them. Unfortunately customer care and customer service is non existant unless Keiran is calling you for your next payment. Such a shame

Friendly Team and Smooth Process
Mike made sure the sales process was simple and easy to get. I did not feel lost at any point. Ben and Greg did the install fast and kept things clean. Before they left, they showed me how the system works. This helped me feel good about using it.

Great Communication Throughout the Process
Danielle helped me a lot at the start. She answered all my questions and always took her time with me. When everything was ready, James started as the project coordinator. He let me know what was happening often. This made the whole thing feel easy and not stressful. The support I got using WhatsApp and the phone was good, too. It was easy to talk with them when I needed help.

Added a battery to our existing panels…
Added a battery to our existing panels after speaking to a few different companies. Right NRG were the only ones who didn't try to upsell us on a whole new system when we clearly didn't need one. Straightforward quote, quick install, and now we're actually storing what we generate instead of exporting it for pennies.

Smooth and Well Managed Installation
I had a good experience from the start to the end. Mike from the sales team was clear with ever step. He did not pressure me at all, which I liked. Ben and Greg put in the system. They worked well, kept things tidy, and treated the place with respect. The Q Cells German panels look good. Everything goes well with octopus energy. THe myenergy hub helps me see all papers and updates easily.

Unreliable
Reading these glowing reviews I wonder if there is another company with the same name or these reviews are fake. I had a survey visit book and stayed home waiting for the Surveyor who didn't show up nor did they phone me to advise that they wouldn't be coming. Their office range the following day to discuss and didn't seem to be aware of the failed visit and promised to investigate and ring me the following morning. DIDN'T happen. Since then I have been plagued but a BOT phoning trying to make a repeat appointment. Daytime, night time and weekends including Sunday. When I tell the BOT I need to speak to a human they transfer the call to someone who never picks up. I now tell the BOT to take my name off their contact list. They respond each time that they will but the phone calls keep on coming.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. I completely understand why you would question things after the experience you’ve had, and I want to address your concerns head-on.
First, regarding your missed survey: when you stay at home for an appointment, you expect us to turn up. We take reliability incredibly seriously. While one of our managers did phone you an hour after the missed appointment window to sincerely apologise and offer to rearrange, the fact remains that the original surveyor failed to attend without notifying you. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for wasting customers' time. Following an internal review, I can confirm that the individual involved was immediately dismissed and no longer represents our company. The glowing reviews you see on our page are earned by our hard-working, dedicated team, and we simply do not tolerate anyone dropping those standards.
Secondly, I want to sincerely apologise for the relentless automated phone calls you received. We have recently introduced a new AI booking system to help us manage customer enquiries, and it is clearly experiencing some severe teething issues. Being hounded by a system that fails to register your opt-out request or to transfer you to a human is incredibly frustrating and defeats the entire purpose of the technology. We are using your exact feedback to get this routing error fixed with our IT department straight away, so it doesn't happen to anyone else.
I have personally double-checked our systems, and your details have been permanently removed from all our contact lists. You will not be bothered by us again.
We know we have lost the chance to earn your business on this occasion, but we genuinely appreciate your honest feedback. It has allowed us to put these internal issues right. We wish you all the very best with your solar project.
