After my accident I was a bit shaken up, so much so that when I couldn't find my vehicle type I gave up on filling out the rest of the form and submitted half a fom. They called a little after and it was so easy, they asked their questions and the next day a car was delivered to me. I had the car until I recieved the payout for my accident and they picked it up. It was all just so easy and stress free. Thank you

Great New Zealand team, communication fantastic and quick to answer any questions.
They ensured I had a like for like vehicle that worked for my family. Very flexible and up to date with comms re drop off and pick up. Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE RIGHT2DRIVE! Appalling service & experience!
I wasted hours filling in applications & lengthy phone conversations only to be left hanging. After completing all the necessary paperwork over the phone with right2drive customer service my application was accepted & I was informed I would have a vehicle delivered to me the following day.

BUT I then received a phone call hours later stating right2drive now couldn’t deliver me a vehicle & actually gave me no proper reason for the change after first accepting my (immaculate) application.

Stumped by the phone call I received from the right2drive staff member who was in actual silence when I questioned their reason for the change they couldn’t give me a straight answer & we literally sat on the call in silence! So weird!

I found the situation extremely unprofessional & detrimentally unhelpful & felt mislead by right2drive.
I was left helpless & more stressed out & very frustrated as I had done nothing wrong & all my credentials were perfect.

Far out this really was appalling right2drive!
I’m sorry but with such poor performance it is companies like this that SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!
I recommend AVOIDING doing business with RIGHT2DRIVE at any cost!

In the end I had an opposition company look after me extremely well & it was FAULTLESS CARS NZ that took the win for me & delivered me a vehicle the very next day at no cost & with amazing ease - the way it should be!

The team at Right2Drive were amazing after a traumatic accident left my car un-driveable. They were quick to help and made the whole experience as stress free as it could be.

Such an awesome company! I was in a crash, not at fault and Right2Drive really helped us out. They provided us with a 2020 cx8 for the 3.5weeks before the insurance payout was sorted. Highly recommend Right2Drive

Love everything about this independent company, I was at my lowest when second party at fault, crashed my car, left me there with nothing, went on car loan hunting online for hours until I came across R2D, it feels like a scammer as it’s too good to be true, they said they will invoice the person at fault and not a dime from you, (but you have to provide your account details just in case you might get a fine while using their loan car)but I went for it, filled up the form, submitting it, then having more doubt later on, do more research about this company until I found their NZ landline and that’s when I settled down. Around 4pm the same day I called them bk and they reassured a loan vehicle the next day dropped at my house @ 2pm, and so they did. My second week I kinda left some marks on the front left rim and I was worried that they might charged me, but after filling in the accident form, that was it :) That’s not all, my car was a 7 seater Nissan Xtrail 2016, but the loan car was a Mitsubishi 2022 7 seater, my low days were over from 0 to 100% boost straight away, cleanliness, km low and I’ve been using it for 3wks. So thanks again to Chris and the team wish NZ should know more about your service and choose you instead - no charge and you get to use it for free lovin’ it.

Friendly, great service without any hastles.

I honestly thought right2drive was too good to be true and there must be a catch but they have made this horrible car crash situation bearable and I don’t know what I would have done without them. The very day after I contacted them they dropped off a brand new 2022 Suzuki Baleno with only a few hundred kms on it.
I dealt with jarrod and he was wonderful.
I have had it for about a month so far.
I cannot fault the service.

Fantastic all round service and quality, no fuss communications. Samson was great to work with and being able to have a suitable vehicle to continue work and life with minimum inconvenience was amazing. The 'it's no problem' attitude and communication was a breath of fresh air these days. Right2Drive sorted everything including drop-off/pick-up and dealing with insurance companies. Just could not be easier - HIGHLY Recommended!!

Service is amazing, provided me with a tidy, safe and well functioning vehicle. We’re quick and easy to work with. Didn’t require much from me other than to keep the right2drive car tidy and to inform them with updates on my what was happening with my car that was written off. Highly recommend.
