Best regards, Ion

Thank you to everyone on the team. It has been stress free for us in owning a house. Great communication, affordable fees, polite and respetful staff. We cannot thank you much. Five star all in all.

Very professional and kept us updated all the way through. Will definitely recommend to friends and family

I completed on my property purchase yesterday and I’ve been very happy overall with the service provided by Right Choice Conveyancing. They were recommended to me by a friend who used them for their own purchase, and I have no regrets in choosing them. They truly lived up to their name and were the right choice for my purchase.

At the outset, I initially thought my case would be handled solely by Nicola, and only later realised it was being managed by her wider team of conveyancers. This wasn’t an issue, but it wasn’t clearly explained at the start, which led to a bit of initial confusion when communications were coming from different team members.

That said, I actually found this to be a very effective setup. It meant that my case could always be picked up by someone else if a team member was on leave or unavailable, which helped keep everything moving forward without delay. Importantly, I never had to re-explain matters, everyone seemed well-informed and up to speed, which made the process feel smooth and well-coordinated.

I also really appreciated the online portal, which made it easy to track progress and securely view and submit documents at any time.

As a buyer, it was reassuring to have a team clearly acting in my best interests. They were proactive in chasing third parties and ensuring that matters continued to progress, which made a real difference throughout the transaction.

A special thank you to Bethany, who I dealt with most regularly, she was always helpful, approachable, and professional. I would also like to thank Nicola, as well as Laila and Tomas, for their support also.

Overall, a smooth and positive experience.

We had an excellent experience with Right Choice solicitor while purchasing our home. From start to finish, they made the entire conveyancing process smooth and far less stressful than I expected.

They were highly professional, responsive, and kept us informed at every stage.
Highly recommended!!!!!

They’ve managed the mortgage and re-mortgage process for us. Very easy to communicate and have been always transparent in fees and the process.

It’s been great to work with you! Definitely recommend!

This is the 2nd time we've used Right Choice for a complex house sale and purchase. Sara Carnall & her team, especially Sara herself & Mason, are so efficient, professional and very responsive. Like most, we're busy people, and we've really appreciated the portal to upload and view documents in our own time - it made the whole process easy - and it's great to be able to track the progress of our sale & purchase. Highly recommend.

Carly and her team have been great in helping us sell our house. Prompt communication, responsive and can’t fault them. Thank you Right Choice.

They were professional, efficient, competent and maintained communication at each step of my home purchase. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

We had an excellent experience with Mantas and his team at Right Choice during our house purchase. From the very beginning, they were professional, approachable, and really thorough in everything they did.
Communication was great throughout, we were kept updated at every stage, and any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. They made the whole process much less stressful than we expected, and we always felt like we were in safe hands.
Choosing Right Choice was definitely the right decision for us, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Very friendly. Easy to contact.

This is the second time I have chosen Sara’s team to assist me. They are professional, responsible, and reliable. The entire selling process went very smoothly and was completed very quickly.

I have used many different law firms before, but they are the only team I would choose again and confidently recommend to others. If I have any property transactions in the future, I will definitely continue to use their services.

I truly have no other choice but to thank them for all their help

Easy process and really helpful staff, keeping me well informed.

Can’t fault

Made our house buy and sell a pleasure

Wonderful team who work hard and keep you updated along the way. They made the whole process very smooth and easy.

I had an excellent experience with RightChoice for the purchase of my first house. Mantas (and team) were very helpful and willing to answer all queries, and complications which we added throughout the process. Importantly, RightChoice’s user interface portal is excellent, and makes progress reporting and accessing documents very easy.

Right choice are on the higher price end of solicitors available, but definitely worth it for ease of experience.

Nicola was brilliant. Incredibly efficient, ensured that everything was accurate and done in a timely manner. Extremely short time from offer through to completion. Queries and concerns were handled quickly and communication with us was first rate, usually the same day we asked for information or feedback on where we were.

Easy to contact. Great communication and updates. Understanding and polite. Very professional. Great for sale and purchase. Glad we used them.
