Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish. Price for my sofa was unreal. The quality and look of it is beautiful. The delivery men were very helpful. In and out super fast, but didn’t rush the process. Mick and Rob made sure I was happy with the couch before leaving

7 weeks still no delivery
At the time I was purchasing my bed 7 weeks ago I was told they have the bed frame but it would take 1-2 weeks for the mattress to be delivered to the warehouse. I have contacted numerous times through watsapp and have been just told ‘mattress not arrived to warehouse yet you will receive a message when ready for delivery’.
I emailed to complain and I was told the mattress would be delivered to the warehouse on the 10th of April which was 3 days ago and I still have not heard anything. When I emailed this morning I have been told the bed still has not been delivered to the warehouse yet. I have been given no updates or phone calls to tell me what’s going on.
This is a disgrace I paid a big amount of money for this bed and I advised them on the time of payment that I’m in a new build and need a new bed as quickly as possible and they lied to me in the store just to take my money.
If I don’t get my delivery this week I want my money back and I’m going to somewhere more reliable.

It looks like there was a mix-up and delay with the mattress on our side, and this absolutely should have been clearly communicated to you throughout. I completely understand how upsetting this must be, especially given that you made it clear at the time of purchase that you needed your bed as soon as possible.
I have spoken with our sales team to understand why you were not kept properly updated, as you should never have been left chasing for information like this.

Very pleased
Emlyn from the Fonthill store was so helpful to us deciding on our new suite.

Delivery was sooner than expected so that was a bonus and the delivery guys were friendly and quick and cleared everything after themselves!

Nice experience
Ease of ordering online, Orla in head office was friendly and supportive in relation to updates and the delivery team were curtious and quick. I'm very happy with my sofa. Would recommend.

I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone . I ordered a bed from the belgard store I was told it would take up to 4 weeks it’s now 7 weeks and I still have not received the bed and very hard to get an answer about what’s happening . I’ve contacted the shop numerous times to be told so many lies they keep saying it will be here on a specific day then it doesn’t arrive. They also said the warehouse has the bed they are just waiting on the mattress and telling me it’ll be definitely here by a certain day the the day comes and it’s not .I’m very disappointed with this service as the salesman was actually very helpful in the store when I was buying the bed . It’s like as soon as they take your money they don’t care and ignore you. However now the staff are lacking communication and not giving me any updates I’m still waiting for this bed. I would not recommend this store to anyone unless you want to be waiting months and ignored about your purchase if I don’t receive this bed soon I am requesting a refund and taking this matter further

Very happy with the service received…
Very happy with the service received from right style furniture. I wasn't able to get in to the store to see the couch I was interested in but customer service were very prompt and helpful in answering my questions. Delivery was quick and the couch is exactly what I wanted.

Bought a one & three seater recliner…
Bought a one & three seater recliner set from Dermot in Belgard just before Christmas 2025. Superb service and really quick turn around.
Encountered an issue with one of the switches on the three seater, got in touch with customer service and dealt with Luke who was just superb. Efficient, helpful and prompt.
Highly recommend this company.

The one and only furniture store I will go to
I have been purchasing furniture from this store for many years now, not once was I disappointed with the process from been greeted in store, giving all the information I required to then getting my products delivered with constant communication and more than helpful delivery team. Run away from that store.
I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before purchasing from this store.
I purchased a bed on 06/12/2025, paid in full, and also paid an additional fee for delivery. I was informed at the time that the bed would be available in January.
Since then, it has been almost 3 months, and I am still waiting for my bed. I have sent multiple emails and made several follow-ups, but I have never been given a clear delivery date.
On one occasion, I was told that delivery was arranged and that logistics would contact me, but no one ever did. Every time I reach out, I receive vague responses with no actual information or commitment.
To make matters worse, I was recently informed that the order was marked as collection instead of delivery, even though I have proof that I paid for delivery. This shows a serious lack of organisation and communication within the company.
This situation has caused significant inconvenience for my family. My child has been without a bed for over two months, and we have had to manage without a proper solution.
The lack of customer support and accountability is extremely disappointing. After 3 months, I still have no clear answer on when I will receive my purchase.
Very poor service and extremely frustrating experience.

We purchased a beThree Months Without a Bed for Our Autistic Child – Unacceptable and Distressingd from RightStyle…
We purchased a bed from RightStyle Furniture on 06/12/2025 (Invoice No. 305616).
The bed was paid in full.
We also paid an additional delivery fee on 02/01/2026.
Today, nearly three months later, we still do not have the bed.
During this period, we have received multiple confirmations stating that delivery was arranged, confirmed, or scheduled for “next week.” Each time, nothing happened.
At one stage, we were even incorrectly informed that the order was marked as collection, despite having proof of payment for delivery.
We have been told:
– The bed would arrive next Thursday
– Delivery had been confirmed
– Logistics would contact us
– The items were arriving at the warehouse “next week”
None of these statements resulted in an actual delivery date.
The most serious part of this situation is that this bed was purchased for our autistic child’s bedroom. For nearly three months, our family has been forced to sleep in inadequate arrangements due to the company’s repeated failures and lack of accountability.
As parents of a child with autism, sleep stability is not a luxury. It is essential. The ongoing uncertainty and disruption have had a real impact on our household.
Other Irish retailers also experienced delays during this period, but the difference was professionalism. They communicated honestly, took responsibility, and demonstrated effort. RightStyle has done the opposite.
We paid for delivery.
We paid in full.
We received bedside tables.
But we did not receive the bed.
At this stage, the issue is no longer delay. It is mismanagement and disregard for customer welfare.
This has been an extremely distressing and exhausting experience.
We cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking reliability, transparency, or basic professional standards.

We booked a dining table and a set of 6…
We booked a dining table and a set of 6 chairs by first quarter of last year.Later on they informed us,the chairs are out of stock and they have recommended to replace with display chairs.We agreed with them without knowing that the display chairs wouldn't get replaced if it gets damaged.Unfortunately,the chairs were broken and not suitable for further use.When we sent a mail to customer service,they were helpless to do anything as they claim that the policy which was written at the back of purchase bill mentioned not for replace.We got stuck with that as we don't have any choice to replace it as we use our Hum account to purchase furniture from there.We are still paying for broken furnitures.They are trying to contact manufacturers but no hope.When I enquire with my neighbour who bought furniture from there has got replaced his chairs as it was not from display.It is a suggestion,please be vigilant while buying furniture from shops where lot of sale offers displayed.

Honest review of Right style Furniture
We first visited The Fonthill store on New year's Eve 2025. We met with Ger who went above and beyond to welcome us and answered any questions we had.
We didn't make a final decision until mid January 2026 and paid a deposit again to Ger and we were told our couches would be delivered by end of February.
As of today we've been told that our couches are in the warehouse and delivery will be made on Tuesday 3rd March....so watch this space.
Ger is an absolute gem and Right style Furniture are very lucky to have her knowledge, her interior design flare and her overall dedication to customer satisfaction. It's a 10 out of 10 from us.

I just wanted to leave a review for Dean and Sean after such a great delivery experience. From start to finish, they were incredibly quick, professional, and genuinely helpful.
