Site easy to navigate and compare options.

I was told parking lot was not available for my travel dates. Then I tried again and was available to get my dates. I tried using my Google wallet and it would not process. I used My Chase Visa card and it said it could not process and funds are available. Therefore, I had to use another credit card I did not want to use and it took the transaction. Finally. Took me about a 30-minute process just for booking. I think that is very unacceptable!

We booked online very easy process. We arrived and was told only 4 people . My grandson was added to our cruise, my hisband was told to Uber or taxi. On the return the man was very rude even put his hand in my face . I ask him to not be rude over money, as I can afford a taxi . He was upset that 5 of us was in one ride . I would have paid extra for the other person as it was a PROBLEM for HIM . Not a good way to start on your firat day after a lone cruise . Please remember to be nice , someone might have had a bad experience and does not need talking to BAD .
We always use Premier. But we will change now .

Easy to navigate and good price

It was easy and clear to see where parking was available, clear details on options, and easy to pay with Goggle/Apple Pay.

We made and paid for ride to the ship ahead of time 116.00 we told him we would arrive around 12-12:30 pm when we arrived, we let him know and he said that the bus was at W 13 we were at W 14 I am a disabled veteran so he said that the bus would come to us so we seen the lady at the bus which was his daughter so she never came to us, but she was checking in a whole bunch of people so I went over there and I explained to her that we were here and what time are bus was supposed to take us anyway she said give her a second and she’ll be over to us. She never came over to us. She also was taking money from other people that had not reserved a spot we kept calling Jeffery Wilison and he said she was going to take us well 3 buses came and took all the people but my party of 6, so we kept calling and his phone just went to voice mail, so we waited more than an hour missed our ship check in which was
1-1:30pm then when my daughter called him back, she heard his daughter telling him well you told me not to take them. So when he arrived he was rude and was disrespectful and was cussing while talking to us he told us we can get off the van and take a taxi or a uber, then on the way to the ship he called another driver and met him in the street and changed drivers so by the time we made it to the ship it was 2:15pm they stop letting people board at 2:30pm and the driver had the nerve to say well there’s not a line. So no i would not recommend, this company if your in or near Galveston, Texas

Parking at Comfort Inn in Bloomington is very easy and their shuttle service is excellent. There is a new process for checking in and requesting a shuttle which is challenging for inexperience travelers.

Have always had good luck with rightway in Tampa

I tried to go online to add a day to my parking. Could not manage to do it; this was outside of Office Ours so I had no help. Since you open at nine for customer service, I had to go ahead and book 2 days to supplement my 12 that were already booked and prepaid.

I enjoy the convenient Aloft location in Savannah, the courteous front desk personnel and drivers , and the cleanliness of the location. I've never had any issues at this location. I had a horrible experience at the Atlanta Aloft location - rude personnel, location did not feel safe, parking was not good. I had to get a different shuttle (other than ALOFT) to return to the hotel because the Aloft driver NEVER came - just a bad experience all the way around.
