This company sent me an email advising


This company sent me an email advising that account notices will now come from rightworks.com. I have never heard of the company and to my knowledge don’t have an account with them. Are they setting me up for fraudulent billing? The support page requires me to enter information I don’t want them to have.

Transaction-Pro - This software is wast of time and money.

This software is a complete disappointment. I purchased the Transaction-Pro software from this company and company customer support is nonexistent. The company is trying to sell me an upgrade for the same original product I purchase the software from the first place. I have spent hours trying to resolve basic issues with no help, and now I am stuck with a useless program that is a major drain on my productivity. Avoid this software at all costs - it is a waste of time and money.
