This site is a scam. I ordered a pair of men’s shoes on December 24, 2025. They gave yet to be delivered. I was just told at the post office that the tracking number they gave me is fake and not real. I have emailed this company several times for a refund on the pair of missing shoes. I have emailed them several times and received AI responses telling me to go to the post office. I want a refund, but I don’t believe this is a legitimate business at all.

Bought a "Utility Jacket" for my son for Christmas, and it all went south from there. I understand shipping at Christmas time is crazy. But I ordered this jacket December 10, and it didn't arrive until mid January. The tracking option was just a joke. Once we finally got the jacket in, I knew immediately we were going to return it. My husband and son are very accustomed to hard work outside. This "Utility Jacket" was designed by someone sitting at a desk in heat/ac working a 9-5 job, who decided to rough it by creating a "Utility Jacket". Yea I could have reread the item description and maybe figured this out, but when the name doesn't match what you get....The material was thin and would have torn very easily. The lining was not very thick, zipper sticks and requires more attention than needed just to zip up a jacket. My husband and son both laughed at this jacket.

As for returning it, that was a goose chase. I had to email them to request a return, and even still they wanted to only refund me 25% and I keep the jacket. After multiple back and forth emails, they finally gave me the address to ship to and proceed with the return. Now my next mistake was not fully reading the directions and getting a tracking number. I shipped this back 2 weeks ago, at my cost which was half the cost of the jacket. They will not issue a refund to me until I can provide them a tracking number so they know they received it back. I don't have a tracking number, I cant even find the receipt where I shipped it back. All I know is I shipped it back January 20. So until I can prove to them that I sent it to them, never mind a package sitting there with a returned jacket and my name as the sender, they will not give me my refund.

They actually ended up REFUSING my return. The box was sent back to me with refused written on the box. They said it was because I did not send them a tracking #.

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The quality is unacceptable and they are CORRUPT! They gave me permission to return my fleece pullover. I paid for the return shipping and then denied my return from UPS once it got to California. UPS had to ship the package back to me, resulting in an additional charge. I was told clearly in a email where to ship the package, and I did so the next day. They will not refund me the additional charge of over $9.34. They keep making up excuses as to why they will not be refunding me. Saying they denied the package because it fell outside their return policy guidelines. When they gave me permission to return it in 14 days. WHICH I DID! What kind of legitimate company treats their customers with corrupt policies and practices? AND if course they will not call me to discuss this matter.

Riley Ridge is a scam website made to look like a high end retailer. They photoshopped photos of the item I ordered. When I received my $150 pair of boots, they looked like a Temu pair. There was no box, no logo on the boots, no marking to show they were actually leather, and they looked different and much worse than the photos.

I immediately put in a request to return them for a refund upon receiving them, and customer service said to donate them as they don’t accept returns!

Complete scam, avoid this company at all costs!

I ordered jacket for my son for Christmas.
It took like a month to come in.when it did, it was way to small and material way to thin.
Immediately we put back in box with all attached tags. We then emailed them for correct address for return. They ignored my request and then tried to talk us into keeping jacket and they would refund us 14!!! We said that was unacceptable and actually insulting.
Finally recd return address. Cost me $20 TO RETURN.
Still waiting for confirmation they recd coat back. We emailed copy of ups receipt Transaction. We followed their instructions to a T. Now we wait..

The denim vest I got is okay. It fits decent, not too big or small but doesn’t feel “perfect.” The denim is standard quality, the distressed wash is pretty average as well. For the price, this vest works great, but it is nothing stand-out amazing. Maybe their other items are better.

Not bad, not amazing. I got the sherpa covered sweatpants, and thats all they are. They look nice, they are comfortable, but they’re not as thick or fluffy as I expected. Maybe thats intentional, I thought it would be super fluffy. It’s more “neat”. So overall, not bad at all really, just not what I expected.

The shipping time took a bit longer than expected, about 10 days, but other than that the hunter jacket I ordered is really nice.

It would be nice if there was some kind of suggested ideas for pairing/matching items. I wanted to grab some pants that would go with the jacket I was getting, but it was too hard for me to go back and forth and look for a pair that matched, so I ended up with just the jacket.

Ordered a size L jacket, and I received a S instead. I messaged customer support, and they actually said I could keep it and they would ship another one out for free. I got the new one about a week and a half later, and it is the right size and it fits great. I gave the S to my little cousin, he seems to like it. The wrong size issue was kind of annoying, but customer support was amazing so it’s no problem.

I like the Hunter jacket I ordered, didn’t mind the wait at all.

I got a hamburger mug from here, and it arrived broken in half. I messaged their customer support, and they quickly sent out another one to me for free. It took a week or two to get to me, but it arrived in-tact, and I do love the mug, it’s very fun. Thank you to the support team for being so generous and quick to help me out!

The Torino loafers are great for the price, considering they have nice genuine leather, and they are comfortable, but they are just another pair of loafers. If you’re on a budget, they’re a great choice, but if you’re looking for the best, you’ll need $200.

I purchased the Hunter Lined Utility Windbreaker Jacket for my son. First off it took two weeks longer to arrive than they specified. Then when it did arrive it was two sizes too big and not at all a jacket. Not at all that was described in the description.
It is a zip up polyester sweatshirt with fuzzy lining.
When I contacted the company to get an address to return it they refused and told me that if I did return it that they would not be refunding my money. Instead they told me to keep jacket and they would give me 35% refund. Never do business with this company.

Finally tried out the Emerson sol Sunglasses I saw all over insta. I’ve had them for about a week now, and they’re honestly way better than I expected. The photos do not do it justice, the quality on these is amazing for how cheap they were. Shipping took about a week or two, but I had a tracking number so that didn't bother me.

Shoes very slow to arrive. Red sneakers did not come in a box and there is no brand, country of origin, or materials printed on the shoes. Customer service asked me to take a photo of the size of the shoe when I requested a return and then said they would ship another smaller pair for $29.99 shipping charges and that I could keep the shoes they sent. A clown would appreciate them.

My quilted down coat has been amazing this winter, so far so good. It’s very long but not too bulky or heavy. It’s lightweight and very warm. I got a neutral black color one so it matches with most of my outfits. Very nice jacket for the price.

The suede loafers are nice, they’re very lightweight and soft, with a supportive cushioning. They fit and wear like some slip-on sneakers, but with a classy look. Hands down the best bang-for-your-buck dress shoes.

Fake tracking numbers that are just their batch shipping from China to their distribution center then no movement for months and it never arrives. eMails with fake USPS numbers then no response. They forward themselves as a U.S. company but they are not and now I have to charge it back.

I got the Raffaelle loafers for a wedding, they fit nice and broke in pretty quickly. I was able to wear them all day and night without issues. Very nice shoes.
