I have been working with Rima for the past few months.

To begin with, she was very prompt with the Discovery Call. I had been looking for a career coach for a couple of years at that point, with a few disappointing experiences. Needless to say, I approached the whole thing with caution.

However, right from the get-go, Rima came across as a genuine person. She is a perfect mix of professional and warm - what I look for in a mentor.

I know Dr.Rima since 2014 and I must say that she is really good in transforming careers! Recently I was there in one of the LinkedIn talk shows “Inspiring stories of successful career transitions” which is hosted by Dr. Rima every Saturday! I must say that the show is awesome and helps a lot of students (especially who are/willing to pursue a PhD/ already completed) in shaping careers! I felt that the session was very productive, meaningful along with knowledge transfer priorities. I will advise all fresh graduates to attend these LinkedIn sessions for career transformation priorities!
