I ordered a Roland RD88EX Stage Piano specifically for an upcoming gig in three weeks. The website had “next day delivery” banners and nothing indicated that the piano was out of stock. After placing the order and paying, I later contacted them for an update, only to be told the item wasn’t in stock at all and wouldn’t be available until mid-December.

This was never mentioned on the product page, checkout page or in any order confirmation. I had to find out by emailing them myself.

I cancelled the order and they processed the cancellation quickly, but the experience was frustrating and could have been avoided if the website made the stock situation clear before purchase. Misleading stock information caused unnecessary hassle and wasted time when I needed the instrument for a specific date.

superb digital piano arrived promptly and well packed

I placed an order from The Rimmers because I will get the product next day and will get £70 cash back as shone on there website, I ordered on the 2nd of November and I must receive tomorrow is was 3rd of November before 6pm. I'm off work for this order, yes I got the stool and headphone , I rang The Rimmers they said, they usually separate big and small parcel, that's OK reasonable enough, finally I'm not receive the Piano witout response from delivery company, FedEx, thats very disappointed me but I got it on the 4th. Yes I'm happy with the product and tried to claim £70 cash back as shone on the website but they said the offer was end on the 31st of October,the dealer not up to date the offer informations, as I looking for the product from a few dealers them all no offer but the Rimmers still shone on there website so I decided to order from them even though more expensive than the others £70, and that's they said it's was my fault that's I'm not have a look, that's fair enough. So two disappointed The dealer should deal with the delivery company and up to date selling informations to avoid miss understand and show your honesty.

I contacted Rimmers Music yesterday through their website, wishing to sell my acoustic piano and buy a digital piano. I submitted pictures and details about my piano through an online form. James M came back to me the very next day (a Sunday!) and we agreed a deal. The transaction was easy and James M was a pleasure to deal with. Collection of my old piano and installation of the new piano are included in the price. It can be difficult to know how to go about selling and buying a piano and Rimmers make it so easy. I'm impressed!
