UPS Overcharged the clearance fees

I had to pay 9 CHF import duty but UPS charged me 35.5 CHF or more than 30% of the cost of what I ordered. I complained the same day to RINO & PELLE and they never replied. Poor Customer Service. I WILL NEVER ORDER from them again even though I might like what they sell

Ik ben een absolute fan!

De jackets van Rino en Pelle behoren werkelijk tot mijn favorieten. Heerlijk om dragen, zacht, mooi, comfortabel, niet jeuken, niet knellen en altijd flatteren. Ik ben echt een fan. Mijn laatste aankoop is zó mooi dat mensen me erover aanspreken. Ik zorg voor nog meer fans!
