Worst ever team, they call me 100 times a week and force me to give information about someone who entered my number wrongly.i gave all the info I have got, still they were rude and said to me that my number was mentioned and they would call me whether I like it or not, he was so rude over call.

They have treated me poorly, once you make an enquiry with them, they will force you and chase you to pay for the visa application, then they will pretend they are helping by requesting for your documents and then go mute on you. They will never respond to your messages again, they will ignore your calls and treat you like you didn’t pay for the services. Rio holidays, I want my 400 pounds back I will be visiting your office, yall aren’t invisible. Bunch of thieves

Stay away from these cheap consultants. I applied for Bulgaria through this platform. Rio holiday gave me incomplete documents exactly on appointment day. There were too much mistakes in visa file documents. When I went to vfs center. Vfs staff find too much mistakes. These are not professional.

Scam Company – Took My Money and Disappeared

They charged me £110 for a visa service they never provided. After realizing they weren’t delivering what they promised, I requested a refund. At first, they assured me I would get my money back, but after that, they completely ignored me. They stopped answering my calls and never responded to my messages.

This company is untrustworthy and operates dishonestly. Avoid them at all costs unless you want to lose your money like I did. I will be reporting them to the relevant authorities.
