Been a while since we had a Ripple massage, but booked last week on the Gold Coast. Just as good as ever

was given a gift voucher and received my parcel today. beautiful products and Ali had included a whole lot of extra products which was a really nice surprise.

Really good deep tissue massage from Aly. Would recommend her if you are booking.

Great service, came to us at Broadbeach for the afternoon. Good treatments and Ally was professional and friendly.

Be warned total rip off.
Would not give any stars. Be warned this Queensland based company doesn't abide by minimum 3 year voucher NSW rules. Did not provide massages due to Covid. The company would not refund. Got absolutely nothing for the money.

Horrific Experience!
We booked and pre paid for 5 of us ladies for 1 hour pamper packages as part of a hens weekend away. We booked and paid for them in Feb for April however due to covid had to have it canceled. The only option we were given was to put it in a gift voucher. Now restrictions have lifted in Qld and when I went to rebook Ali said they weren’t operating and not looking at operating in the future. When I asked for a refund she refused saying the only option was to redeem on spa boxes. When I said we don’t need spa products we just either want what we paid for or our money back. Ali was so rude and again replied the only option is to redeem on spa product boxes. Once I looked to find what was in these boxes on the website I was shocked to see nothing was listed of displayed. Clearly she would send all her left overs of stock. It’s left such a bad taste in our mouths and so disappointed as Covid -19 period has been so hard on so many people. Now we have had $600 stolen from us.

Such a great business. This is the third time we have booked with them. Have had to postpone our booking with them due to travel restrictions, we usually book each year. Ali was so supportive and helpful given the circumstances with rescheduling next year. They added on some complimentary treatments and went out of their way to make sure we were looked after and informed. Love em.

Absolutely disgusting customer service! We booked for a hens weekend at the start of April '20, during such time beforehand the Coronavirus pandemic resulted in travel being restricted. Our group lives 5hrs away from Ripple Massage, and therefore we were making a specialised trip to the coast. When we had to cancel our trip, Ripple refused to show any compassion and refused to provide a cash refund for the services we had paid in full for. We are now left almost $500 out of pocket, with no resolution. We have been told that despite the pandemic and travel restrictions, their policy will only give us vouchers to use within 3 years (again we live 5 hours away... it was a special one off trip).

I had a massage with Vanessa today , one of the best massages I have had she worked on areas I have trouble with giving them a little more TLC was so relaxing , and the best part is they come to your home so you don’t have to drive afterwards you can just sit back and relax. Will definitely be doing this again !!

I visited this place and I enjoyed the massage. It's a WOW! I felt like a queen with their amazing and professional services. They have both a friendly environment and staff. All I can say is "Satisfaction Guaranteed".

Both myself and my partner work hard as well as run a busy home with a baby. Ripple Massage was the best thing we have done in a long time! Leishae was absolutely incredible, so friendly, polite and listened to our needs relating to our massages. We were far from disappointed! We had the one therapist for 1.5 hour package each and will definitely not stop organising at home massages in the future only with Ripple Massage! Thank you so much!!!

My experience with ripple was that it looked very professional and legit on the website BUT I was left very disappointed with the quality of products used on my very expensive treatment. As a beauty therapist myself, I found the products to be cheap and NASTY, the "green clay mask" felt horrible on my already dry skin and the lady doing my facial was using Aldi skin products on my face (not happy) as this was sposed to be a 5 star experience.
Ali the owner was very short fused and snappy when I called her and told her about my experience with ripple. Not professional at all like I first thought when booking.
I would never book again through this company or recommend them to anyone.

Got a massage in Brisbane for myself and three others and we all agreed one of the best massages we’ve ever had.

We booked a couples massage on the Gold Coast, and they were some of the best massages we have had. Terri and Amanda were very very good, and the girl in the office was super helpful

Really had a great experience with Amy from Ripple Massage yesterday. Ripple massage was prompt to my request, flexible and efficient when I needed to make a change and the massage itself was 10/10. Amy was attentive to my requests, professional, very skilled and was super friendly. I relaxed immediately and felt great today. Thanks Amy, and Ripple Team.

I have a neuro degenerative disease called Multiple Systems Atrophy. As a result of this, one of my major problems is stiffness and
rigidity in my body. I need to have regular
massages by a trained therapeutic massage therapist, to assist with this problem

I recently had to find another massage therapist, because I was in respite while my
husband was recovering from his shoulder surgery.

When I rang Ripple, Allie was very friendly
and accommodating. Before long, I was booked in for my first mobile massage.
Leesha was very friendly. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable from the start, and she had an excellent technique from
beginning to the end. I had several more massages after that and each one, was just as good, if not better, than the last.

I also had a Facial, Manicure and Pedicure.
Terry was lovely, funny and made my face
spring back to life again. My nails looked great after my manicure and pedicure. I received a lot of compliments about how lovely my nails looked, especially by my , husband and the staff at the residence where I was staying at Helensvale.

Thank you Allie, Leesha and Terry, for
making eight weeks of respite, much
more bearable because of all of you.
I would not hesitate in using this company
again.
