These guys are dedicated to making quality gym gear! My prong belt will probably last me a lifetime! Same with my wrist wraps! If you're looking for gym gear that that will make you stand out amongst a crowded gym this is the stuff you want! Having colour options that aren't just black or grey is important if your gym grind is not like everyone else's! Feeling confident in the gym is important! With their gear you can bring the intensity to your workout that will get you the results you want! Never under estimate the psychosocial boost you get from the gear you use and wear! Their customer service replies in hours of your emails, and i can tell they are very passionate about what they do! It shows in the products they offer!

Bought a 10mm Lever belt along with some singlets had them delivered to Santiago (Chile) everything arrived on time and as ordered.

The singlets are great clearly great quality material quite soft and fit well, sizing was exactly as advertised.

The belt is amazing, the sizing guide for this is spot on (something I was a little stressed as I was getting it delivered quite far). The quality is top notch and it's really comfortable once you figure out the right setting for you ( tight enough for 2 thumbs when bracing for me). It significantly more comfortable than my previous buckle belt nice even pressure all around rather than the buckle being stiffer than the rest in my previous belt. Lever is sturdy and rather simple canterlever so I doubt I'll have problems with it for a long while which I appreciate no complex finicky parts to break. The 10mm leather is top notch and the suede is a really nice touch.

All round great experience, the support staff were great too with the questions I had.

The communication is top notch, very responsive and helpful. My order had to be exchanged but all through the process the team was very kind and supportive. Big shoutout to Edwin, he took the charge on getting my order right! 💪🏽

Initial feedback was 5star as quality is very good. However I bought a pair of ladies training pants. Love the fit and feel however only 12weeks after purchase and the inside of the leggings is wearing away. Really disappointing Considering the price. For this reason I will not be ordering again. Training tops are lovely.

I've been buying Rise for over 5 years now and every single item I've received lasted! They are truly paying attention to the quality and the material they use. After seeing some 1 star review I had to send a review because it's really not the experience I had in 15 purchased so far. I recommend to all my friends to try Rise and onced they tried it they never look back on other brands.

I highly recommend trying the Rest Later Pants and shorts. These are amazing and Rise's lifting gear is the best on the market. They sell true genuine leather not like other brands who says "leather" but it almost feels like cartons. Keep up the good work guys and a special thanks to Nick who helped me with my orders of the years!

I absolutley love the products from Rise. The shorts and joggers that I've gotten from them have held up phenominally and they look great. Especially as my physique has improved. I also recently purchased one of their lever lock lifting belts. Unfortunately when I got the belt I realized it was too small so, I followed the return instructions on the website to have it exchanged for a larger belt. The day the belt got delivered back to them, I got a nice email from Edwin confirming that they have received the belt and that my new one would be shipped to me soon. Rise not only has quality products but solid customer support as well.

I'm complaining cause my entire experience with Rise Fitness has been terrible.
All they do is quote store policy and they make no effort to go beyond the policies and make a customer happy.

In this case.. I've ordered two pants and two sweaters.. the cost was about 200 dollars. The sweaters do not fit (they are designed for skinny people not bodybuilders) and the pants are too tight (same issue).. So far I've purchased two sweaters and two joggers and nothing fits. So I initiated a return at which their policy was quoted no exchange on "final sales" items.

I am aware that it's my fault I missed the one little tiny tag on their website (no other store does this). So I swallowed this one. The return cost me 30 dollars, again the store quoted policy of "they do not cover the return".

When they received the merchandise they quoted store policy again claiming there was animal fur all over the one sweater.

I'm sure it's not covered in fur but now it's too late.. So now I bought two sweaters, two joggers, paid for return and all I have is one sweater that hopefully fits (I didn't receive this yet).

They run an online clothing store.. Am I supposed to go outside my own house to try on clothes and make sure the package is just as perfect as when I received the item.

The store policies seem to be perfectly set up to support the store and take advantage of customers!

I won't be returning to your store again! My experience with this store has been horrible.

Update: I got they returned the sweater they claimed had animal hair all over it and after inspection.. there is no animal hair.. I noted thing significate enough to warrant refusal of an exchange. My other recent experience with another store was they just sent me a new item.. they didn't even ask for the original back.. Customer Service at Rise is horrendous!

Purchased wrong size of weight lifting belt. Contacted customer service and received immediate response even though it was Christmas Day to arrange for an exchange for the correct size. Fantastic customer service!

Wonderful customer service, it was my first time purchasing it built from them during Black Friday and the size was not right but as soon as I returned them, they were in touch with me throughout the whole process and made the process extremely easy and helpful, highly recommended

So far, I’ve place multiple orders with Rise and am thoroughly enjoying all of their products, from gym apparel to lifting gear. I recently needed to deal with an exchange of an item I ordered and Edwin went above and beyond to guide me through the process and ensure I was happy at the end of the day. Really enjoyed my experience with these folks!

My boyfriend has been using Rise products for years and has been wanting a new lifting belt. I too wanted a new belt so I ordered 2 from the black Friday sale and intend to give my boyfriend's belt to him as a Christmas present. It was imperative I receive this order before Christmas.

A couple of weeks of waiting for my order and I realized my order did not move past "label created". I contacted customer support regarding my order and Edwin has been in contact with me throughout the duration of the situation. He's been very helpful and nice throughout the situation while trying to solve the problem. I honestly wasn't sure if I was going to see my order in the end! Thankfully, Edwin told me that my order was moving and heading towards me. He even emailed me after the order was delivered to confirm I truly received it. That right there is 5 star customer service!

I'm excited to try Rise for the first time and I'm convinced this is a great brand with a solid team. Thanks again, Edwin for helping me out! Our Christmas is complete.

Great customer service and quick response to an order that I placed in error. Immediate reply and resolution by the morning.

I bought a pair of leggings and the alert sports bras. The quality was not what i expected. The fabric is too much compressive on the skin, thick, but see through. I will not purchase again.

Quality of the apparel is far superior than most other brands. What sets them apart is the customer service. Had an issue with my last order and Nick went beyond my expectations in customer service. His product knowledge and service skills were impressive and would def order again.

First off fast customer support. Always there to answer any questions you have. Quality material for their tops and bottoms, very comfortable, and very stylish for inside and outside of the gym. Love this store because of the unique style of gym clothes that stands out from the rest. Definitely recommend this store.

Nice quality garments with minimal logo options. Amazing customer service was able to help me change sizes after the order even though it was my own mistake. Very friendly interactions with prompt response time, will be ordering again shortly.

Not only is their product of good quality, this also looks and feels great. Shipping is quick. Customer service is very nice and will go above and beyond to help you with your questions or requests. I asked the team via Instagram to help me get a product autographed by one of their founding model/entrepreneurs, and they got it done. Will definitely be purchasing more of their product in the future.
