Fantastic experience working with Adam at Rise Property Buyers! We were purchasing from interstate and he was extremely helpful and goes the extra mile for his clients. Made the process super easy as first time buyers, couldn’t recommend more!

Working with Adam was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Their guidance throughout the buying process was second to none — always helpful, never pushy. When it came to bidding and closing, they were exceptional, handling everything with skill and confidence. Overall, I couldn't recommend Rise Property Buyers any higher. In the first consultation, Adam was warm and welcoming and took the time to understand our specific needs (purchasing our first investment property on the West Coast). Renae was an absolutely fantastic buyers agent who went above and beyond in securing and negotiating a great property, through to managing and overseeing some light renovations. It was clear Rise Property Buyers took a personal approach that guaranteed we got the solution we wanted. 5 stars.

We had a pleasure working with Adam from rise property buyer agency. We are based out of sydney and were looking to purchase Investment property in Perth, WA.
We tried searching online and engaging property mangers but market was so hot that we couldn’t get hold of anything.
We then engaged Adam and he was absolutely brilliant right from the start.
Adam gave us examples of type of properties he has settled for other customers so that we could have understanding and see if our interests /minds are aligned.
I must say Adam knows Perth by heart. Right from the first property we looked through, Adam was clear on what are pros/crons of each property .
He knows almost each and every street. Absolutely brilliant!!

Adam talked about each and every property in length with us. It took us month or so to find the right property.

Adam understood apart from capital growth , we need property with good rental yield based on our financial condition.
He made sure we are super comfortable with the price we are putting forward and made sure we don’t overpay. Later, we discussed on build and pest inspection report and Adam helped us with landlord insurance, solicitor and rest of stuff.
