Tiernan was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. He consistently checked in with me before and after interviews, making sure I felt prepared and confident. I really appreciated how responsive he was in addressing any questions or concerns I had along the way. His guidance and encouragement made the experience much smoother and less stressful. Tiernan worked with me to talk through the role and make sure it was a good fit for both me and the company. He then provided guidance and support for interviews and general feedback. During this time he went on vacation but made sure I was passed to a colleague of his, Richard, so that the process would go smoothly. Both of them checked in regularly to make sure that I was still all in on the role.
