I had a great experience with Stuart, he really helped make the process quick and easy. His communication was on point between me and the HR team of the company I sought to work for and he was very easy to talk to.

It’s a known fact that 80% of recruiters do not care about their candidates, but Rise Technical and Sam Oxley are at the absolute bottom of the barrel.

The sheer incompetence and lack of respect for candidates here is staggering.

​Last Friday, I had an in-depth, 20-minute conversation with Sam about a Site Manager role in Bromley.

He explicitly promised to call me on Monday to arrange a Teams interview with the client. I cleared my schedule. Monday arrived, and I was completely ghosted. Total silence.

​on Monday, instead of an apology or the promised interview setup, I received a lazy, copy-pasted automated email from Sam saying: "I've just come across your CV online as it has been word matched to a role... wanted to have a quick conversation."

​He completely forgot we had just spoken for 20 minutes a few days prior! To give him the benefit of the doubt, I replied to that ridiculous email yesterday, asking for clarification on the interview he had promised me.
His response? Absolutely nothing. I was ghosted yet again.

​He didn't take a single note from our call, failed to set up the interview, spammed me with automated emails, and then ignored my direct reply. To Rise Technical, you are not a professional; you are literally just a "word match" in a system they don't even know how to manage.

Ghosting candidates twice in one week is completely unacceptable.

If they can't remember a 20-minute conversation 72 hours later, they cannot be trusted with your career. A complete and utter joke.

I want to give a special thank you to Ryan Hughes for helping me connect with a valuable organization. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Greate care for its customer and always whiling to help you clarifying any concerns
