Communication could improve at times, but the quality of matches was fairly decent compared to other platforms.

some matches were not suitable,but that is part of the process. you cannot expect everything tone perfect immediately. overall, we are still hopeful.

Would give zero is if could. Asked me my croteria. Lied to me thry said a lady was interested in me already and they had many other matches. then took £300 by bank transfer. After that said the lady was not interested and they only had one match who did not meet my criteria at all and tried to force me on a "coffee date" with them. Did not refund my money. If you pay them use paypal or credit card to protect yourself! Dont do bank transfer. Oh and customer services disappeared after. They wont refund your money.

However after a year I got a call from them to say sorry and the matchmaker caused a lot of issues. They have dealt with her and wanted me to rejoin again.
