The set up was extremely easy. First thing I did was a dead hang to ease my back from the install.. this machine is a beast.. everyone is admiring and asking where I got it.

I recently purchased the RitKeep PMAX 5600, and I couldn’t be happier with it! The built-in weight stacks make workouts smooth and convenient, and the machine is extremely versatile. Multiple generations in my family are already using it regularly, which makes it a great investment for all of us.

One of the best parts is how efficiently it fits into our small spare room without feeling cramped. It’s the perfect home gym solution—saving us space, time, and money compared to paying for multiple gym memberships. We’re all excited to use it frequently and get the most out of this great piece of equipment.

RitKeep M10 came in multiple boxes, which made handling easier. All parts were carefully packaged and shrink-wrapped, so nothing got lost or damaged during shipping.

RITKEEP - POOR QUALITY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Received my Ritkeep Pmax 5600 about a week ago and it has completely changed my workout routine for the better! Also Very affordable for the quality of the pmax 5600. The cables and smith machine are very smooth and the frame of the whole unit is very solid. I communicated through WhatsApp and the ritkeep team was very very responsive and gave consistent updated whenever I asked. Delivery took about 3 days to get to me. Building the pmax 5600 although time consuming, was not difficult. I would just say make sure you keep the different sized bolts and nuts separate, as they do look fairly similar! Overall very very happy with my purchase!

False Advertising! I ordered a smith machine from this company because I saw the influx of ads on various social media platforms indicating how fast the shipping would be. The shipping company sent me a link to schedule my delivery on 27 May 25 (which would have been 4 weeks after placing this order). That is not what was advertised! To make things worse, I took off for work on the 27th to receive my delivery. I was waiting at my residence and never received a call or anything telling me what my delivery window would be. So, I decided to call the shipper, only to find out that my delivery would not be arriving on my scheduled delivery date. Had I not called, I would have been sitting at my residence waiting for a delivery that would have never arrived. The only thing that I keep getting from this company is that they are sorry and they are closely monitoring the situation. I have lost time and money pertaining to this order......and I am sorry is not cutting it anymore! Very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone else to order from this company.

I ordered items in December and as of early March I am still waiting for the weight plates, floor matting and olympic barbell.

They keep telling me to be patient as if they are doing me a favour.

Ordered the machine mid January, and I still haven't received as of the first week of March. Told me they would send it mid February due to low stock, nothing received yet, nor an email. I've emailed and WhatsApp them and no response. I've lost a month worth of work and paid a month worth of empty rent at the PT studio I'm trying to start. Don't buy from them

RitKeep - Very Poor Service – Very disappointed with this company. They had no stock in Australia for 6 weeks, I had to constantly send emails asking for updates -poor response with no indication of ETA. After 8 weeks they sent me a tracking number which didn't work, so another week past. They then advised they don't cover freight cost to Queensland and I could pay an extra $300 or collect from the warehouse in Sydney. I was considering the $300 but I don't trust this company and feel I have been scammed.

I had also sent an email and had confirmation that they ship to Queensland for FREE as per their ads - this is not true

Now they have cancelled the order. I only received the refund after this review.
And as for Delivery location was Near Cairns North Queensland - definitely not remote location.

Do not trust this company.

My wife ordered a rack for me for my birthday. After a month of no updates, communication or replies to many emails sent, she cancelled the order through the credit card company. They responded the next day asking to keep the order. They said they would include an accessory for her trouble. She reordered the rack and it came this time. The accessory was not there and it missed my birthday. The rack isn't bad, so I'll give them 2 stars. But if you go to their website looking for reviews, you will notice they are all fake. They literally copy and paste the same few over and over making them look like they come from different people. Very dishonest

I knew it was coming from overseas so I didn't have very high expectations but it was worse than expected. My first order was sold out so I was "upgraded" to the PMAX 4750. Weights came in much later than the equipment. Collars were missing, and the 10lb weight bumper plates won't slide over the smith bar. Pulleys were broken and the smith bar had bent componets. Additionally the pull up bar shows signs of repair. I've worked through three different people and still don't have any resolution. In fact I tell a new person each day through a mysterious text each day what the problems are. Spend the extra grand and get something made in the USA. Also, the metal is very cheap. It bends easily just from fastener tightening. RitKeep should be embarrased.

As almost all the reviews of the PMAX 5600 were US based, I approached this purchase very carefully. I was in constant communication with the US Support team who were EXCELLENT during the initial enquiry period and purchase. Be aware they do not have a local Support team (as of writing this review) but I found their US Support to be quick to respond to emails with detail in their replies i.e. not an AI Bot !
BE AWARE that you may encounter an International Transaction fee of approx. $80 AUD, as I did, if paying with PayPal. Ensure you add that to your budget.
POSITIVES:
1) DELIVERY - The equipment was delivered within days of ordering however ensure you are home or give explicit instructions as some of the boxes are very heavy.
2) COMPACT - Total number of boxes for the PMAX 5600 is 8 – 4 x for the unit itself + 4 x weight stack boxes (approx. 30 kilo each weight stack box)
3) PACKAGING - Packaging was thorough and thoughtful. Each box had adequate cardboard encasing as well as being strapped and plastic wrapped. This added confidence that equipment would arrive undamaged.
4) ASSEMBLY – Provided BOTH written instructions AND an instructional video that was EXTREMELY Useful! Make sure you get the 2025 model instructions if you purchase around the time of this review. I assembled the whole unit by myself so I also recommend using a ratchet socket set as well as ring spanners for assembly (just makes it easier ) and a G Clamp for holding certain parts while assembling.
5) QUALITY – I compared 4 different units in this Functional Training category by going and trying the others myself. I found the other units either overpriced or the gauge of steel to be less than the 14 Gauge of this unit. One of the competitors was so flimsy that the whole unit rocked in doing pullups. Although I was not able to try the PMAX before purchase the risk was rewarded in the high quality of the unit.
6) SUPPORT – Seriously second to none. Every question I had, both before and after purchase, was answered quickly and effectively which added to the level of confidence in purchase. My unit had a number of 60mm bolts missing which they took on board and arranged delivery of the bolts.
NEGATIVES:
1) The ONLY thing I can pick up on is the fact that there are some discrepancies between the written instructions and the Assembly Instructional video in terms of the length of bolts (70mm vs 75mm) in completing the top support structure.
CONCLUSION:
I procrastinated for months before purchasing to ensure I researched all aspects of this decision .. I am EXTREMELY happy with the outcome. I STRONGLY recommend the PMAX 5600 2025 edition!

I was skeptical at the quality of this thing, considering the price, but it is a solid piece of equipment. It was quick and easy to assemble mostly by myself, though I did take advantage of an extra set of hands while putting the two back braces on. Absolutely worth of money.

The product is a good value for the price. I reached out to the customer service for help and they replied with what I needed right away.

Got it as it was under the exercise equipment budget provided by my employer and it is GREAT. Easy to build, stable enough once up, has safety bars, holds all the weight that I'm going to be lifting and.. well that's all about it.

But the price is not cheap for me.
