It was a great experience and the company had good customer service. The equipment is great and we can’t stop using it! Love the purchase!!

Seems to be a great machine overall. I have enjoyed every workout since assembly. My only complaint so far is that the assembly was more complicated than I anticipated. I found a video on YouTube for my weight set but the video was not the same as the instruction pamphlet inside the box.

Customer service was excellent during order process. The quality of equipment is good for the money but it does wobble when using the smith machine bar. It needs more stability and the 2:1 ratio make the weight stacks way too light for anyone with lifting experience

We received our machine shortly after placing the online order. Assembly We noticed that one of those pieces was missing required to assemble. Missing piece was shipped and arrived within 4 days.
Instructions leave something to be desired. Ritkeep was super attentive. You must use WHATSAPP to communicate. If they could create an instructional video and post it would make life much easier for instillation.
I wish machine was a little wider for chest cable workout.. if you plan on doing heavy lifting you will a sturdier machine

It is very sturdy. Great quality. I was very impressed with it. Took some time to put together but worth it. The pulleys are smooth it’s awesome honestly!

From the moment I ordered to the delivery RitKeep I add continuous update of my equipment and they kept on checking in with me after delivery to ensure I didn’t need any assistance with the installation of the equipment itself, I got the PMAX 5600 and I’m extremely satisfied with it as it’s and all around equipment so if you are like me with a busy schedule and don’t have enough time to get to the gym after or before work go get you one it’s definitely worth it and the price is affordable

Instructions need to improve drastically. The back brackets that attach middle to sides should be install when installing middle bracket. Way too much loosing and retightening because of bad instructions.

Great machine we have been using it 4-5/ week. The only issue are the instructions. I suggest you lay every piece out. Also, use a sharpie to mark your bolts, washers, nuts. Otherwise you'll be trying to figure out what goes where. By pre labeling them it will save you time. I will mention the instructions are not so helpful. I recommend watching the YouTube video to follow along on your placement and which parts need to face what direction. I will not take off any stars as the machine is fabulous. I wished the instructions were much simpler though. Be patient with the process it's for sure a 2 person job. Additionally, I had to use my cellphone camera magnification to see some of diagrams for the pieces!
