After doing research I purchased a pair of headphones. After finally receiving them for China and not the UK I tried to listen to a book. The sound quality was so poor it was impossible to listen to a book with a high pitched whiny echo so I contacted them to return as defective. After going back and forth with their “technical support” and receiving a canned reply I got tired of being told they were operating fine so I successfully disputed the charge with my cc and the matter was settled quickly. Several days later I started to receive emails telling me that I either needed to place another order so they would get paid or return the headphones To CHINA. I have never been asked to pay shipping for a defective return and I’m not about to start now.

Do Not buy this sound bar. Its a cheap heap of rubbish

This is a BS-10 sound bar and not rivelia. Even though I ordered Rivelia. Comes from someplace far and expensive to return. Now the sound bar has died. Can not charge the sound bar with the cord provided. tried two different spots to charge with 5v to USB connect cord they sent and not working. The light just stays red. Tried to leave on but goes off so not sure how to charge. Do not order this.
TV sound is just as good as this sound bar which means what I got mailed to me and what I thought I was ordering is not the same. Do not order. Trying to deal with email help because that is all there is and not getting much help.

Omg I bought this soubdbar for smart tv back in January from rivelia was £159 took weeks to come,when it did i tried to install it would not work just hissing noise.,con merchants this company,I asked to send it back they wanted me to pay shipping and tracking etc,what a nightmare,only today they been in touch threat me with me legal action or to send back at my expense My bank advised tell them supply shipping label if dont get it ignore them...what a conning company from China hongkong,stay well away from this company they are total scammers with cheap dodgy stuff. Can't belive this company allowed to trade under a dodgy company in UK and their from China honkong. Do not buy from them.....

It is not a cheap product to purchase and I was looking forward to getting setup and start using it as it was a gift. It wouldn’t connect to the tv connected to my phone only and sounded awful.
I went to return the item and it is going to cost me to ship it back and pay for the shipping to me plus a 15%handling fee.
Please don’t get conned by this company I’m now out of pocket $350+

This company advertise falsely. They give the look of being UK based but are not!
Products do not work as their advertising promises. Sound bar is no better than your tv. Remote cheep and doesn't work.
To return a product is costly and not worth the hassle. By the time International postage is paid with the company deduction for handling your more and more out of pocket.

I bought a BS-10 sound bar. I've been thru the directions numerous times and can not pair my TV with the speaker. Rivelia was so helpful they emailed my the same instructions I received in the box. I tired to return it and I have to mail it to china myself. So a word of warning, Rivelia will not help with defective products. You are totally ON YOUR OWN.

I recently agreed to buy a Rivelis sound bar based on write-ups provided. The cost was US $200. The product that was shipped was a BS-10 which, based on a quick internet search, was available for US $35-50. When the company was contacted they offered to take it back with several caveats re shipping costs, restocking charges etc. or I could keep it and they would refund 3%($6). After several back and forths with refunds offered increasing to 30% and my keeping the product I refused this final offer. They assert that they have the best online prices available. I reminded them that I had not received the product that was advertised. I offered to keep it for 75% return noting that I would donate it to charity. Their offer remained at 30%.
Rather than accepting their paltry offer of a 30% return on a bait and switch product that can be purchased for 25% of their price I will donate this product to charity and hope that this review will prevent any further similar occurrences.

These people are scammers. Do not buy anything from them—they are misleading, and returning an item will cost you between $120 and $245, meaning you’ll lose even more money.

Oh dear...it's the same story I'm afraid. Can't believe I fell for it, it's a cheap BS-10 like all the reviews below..I feel such an idiot! Has anyone successfully got my back from bank? The site i saw it reviewed was fairproductratings. Needs to be removed from that website..SCAM SCUM!

They use a setup Fairtradingratings which is a scam setup which does not even have an address which the tellyou Rivelia is the no 1 soundbar for value and performance at £150. You buy it thinking it's genuine. They send you a soundbar IB-10.
You find its performance poor . Tried to find out more and did ,it's selling for as low as £30 on the internet. Now its faulty. A scam.
They only want to refund 10% and the shipping costs are mine and on top charge me unknown "handling charges". It is apparently registered in the UK in Companys House.
Starting proceedings to recover my money. Keep away from these scammers.

If I could give this company and it's piece of plastic with a tinny sound, they call a soundbar, a ZERO rating then I would! Everything is ZERO ZERO ZERO. Steer clear at all costs! The product is Chinese rubbish and the customer service is even worse, if that's possible.

Do not buy, simple as that. Their products are poor and when you try and return they give you a Hong Kong address with unacceptable shipping costs, reducing the refund to around 50% of the purchase price, if you are lucky. I can't believe this is actually legal, as they seem to be marketing themselves as a UK company. It's completely misleading and honestly if you're coming here to check before purchasing, don't do it.

Kjøpte deres lydplanke som i en Best-i-test fra fairproductratings.com fikk veldig god anmeldelse. Både best-i-test-siden og Rivelia er svindel. De selger billig utstyr fra Kina til tre-fire ganger dyrere enn hva samme produkt selges for på andre nettsteder. Det de kaller Rivelia Soundbar er egentlig en BS-10 Bluetooth 5.0 Speaker - et billig kinesisk produkt.

I too have just been scammed by this company it seems. Wish I'd read the reviews on here first. Very convincing write ups on the comparison sites. Clearly had me fooled. The sound bar I received was a poor imitation of what I was expecting and bore no relation to the item I ordered. Dread to think how I might return or indeed if I can get a refund.

Please do not purchase anything from this site. They will send you a far inferior product than the price that you are going to pay. It is a scam.

The product they sent did not meet the technical specifications as promised and was of very poor quality. They offer 15%a discount as compensation. Restoration has been made impossible. I do not recommend

Bait and Switch. I ordered. For $199, the supposedly highly rated Rivelia soundbar for delivery to my home in Texas. I received, after 5 weeks, a cheap BS 10 soundbar (~$20)that is not even compatible with my TV. I was hoping it was a simple shipping mistake. But after reading the reviews here, I see that I have once again been conned by Chinese dealers operating under false flags.

Rivelia-uk.com pose on line as a UK company. They are in fact a chinese company. I ordered a sound bar from them much to my utter stupidity. Delivery said 3 days standard, but it comes from China. It took over 2 weeks. The item arrived and it is a cheap, not fit for purpose item fit for the bin. The item does not connect to the TV and remote doesn't work. They want to charge me return shipping costs to Hong Kong as well as a 15% handling fees. This company is a scam. Do not order from them. That's £160 down the drain. So annoyed with myself as I am usually savvy when it comes to purchases. The most annoying thing is this company came up number 1 in a product comparison site. They have well and truly set out to deceive the consumer. If I could award 0 stars, this would more accurately describe my experience. Hopefully I will deter other unsuspecting consumers.

Everything you read is true in these reviews ,this website should be taken down in the uk as it is actually a Chinese website that is a complete scam I ordered the soundbar as advertised in good faith for £159 I had to wait three weeks for it to arrive when it did arrive it was a BS-10 that you can buy on ebay for £19 I contacted them through the email they provide but got no reply I have now been in touch with my bank and they are going to try and get my money back, please do not buy this product you will endeavor the same outcome as all the people in these reviews it's a big scam thank you for taking your time to read this.
