Matthew was excellent in answering my questions and to ease my mind about making the decision to seek help with my credit card debt. I’m excited for the possibility of finally seeing some relief in my debt balances.

I spoke to Tim Poole yesterday and he was WONDERFUL! He spent close to 2 hours on the phone with me, going over my debts, my credit card accounts and helped me to understand the process. He was very personable as we shared some of life’s stories which made me feel like I mattered and was not just another notch in the companies belt.
