Rivington Environmental Services were fantastic. Just moved into an old house which we're renovating and came across a pile of dodgy looking corrugated sheets hidden in the garden, so downed tools immediately and gave these guys a ring. Cleared the lot very promptly for a very fair price, and even got some artex ceiling lab tested for us as well (luckily no asbestos detected there!). Would recommend every day, you can't go messing round with this stuff so do yourselves a favour and get the professionals in

Amazing company. I enquired about an asbestos survey on the Friday and Rick came out the next day. Very friendly, efficient and quick worker. Ensured we were not paying for any additional samples that we didn't need. Results were back in less than a week. Lucky for us it was asbestos free. If not we would definitely have wanted the company to carrying out any additional work

Amazing service from Rick assessing and then removing some asbestos for me. Within a week of me making my first enquiry he had been to assess, take samples, remove and dispose and even sent all paperwork and reports. Rick provided a great service that I’m truly grateful for. He assessed a loft and bathroom after some concerns were raised in a survey, he was thorough and professional. He wasted no time in coming out to us. Tested the place and put our minds at ease with a well written and thorough report after inspection and reviewing the test results. Perfect.

Needed an urgent asbestos check on some artex which was due to be removed on Tuesday as part of a damp course. Phoned the company Monday morning and Rick came that afternoon following a job in a local school. He took a sample and then took it straight to the lab, having arranged for it to be fast tracked that day. By 4.30pm I had received a certificate showing the artex to be clear. A fast, efficient service from a very pleasant and professional man. I would highly recommend this company if you have any concerns regarding asbestos.

Called RES after plumbers refused to do work in mums house with suspected asbestos. Rick was very prompt in dealing with the issue, keeping me updated at every step. The work was carried out professionally and with care.
Rick also went above and beyond when the plumbing company asked for certification of completed work. Would use again.

Rick came as arranged, explained the process and took a sample. We got a response a few days later as promised, saying there was no trace of asbestos and no further action needed. Good to know. Excellent reliable service, I would recommend this firm.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Rivington Environmental Services again. I had the artex ceiling in my kitchen tested for asbestos. Rick's service was prompt, polite and professional and it's put my mind at rest knowing there is no asbestos present.
