DO NOT PURCHACE FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BULLIES.

I always purchased my heating oil from E-Fules of Grantham. What inspired me to use E-Fuels is that they accepted cash.

I was very disappointed to hear from one of their staff members that Rix have taken them over and told them categorically that they could no longer accept cash.

What angers me is that major companies like Rix take over smaller companies and ruin them and bully their staff.

E-Fuels operated so well and myself and many customers who do not and refuse to have a bank account would favour purchasing from E-Fuels for that very reason.

How are people who do not have a bank account able to buy essential supplies of heating oil?

Rix have now left vulnerable people without any way of purchasing oil, this is disgraceful.

Companies should always provide every purchasing option to suit your customers.

Rix should never have taken over E-Fuels if your intention was to enforce a No Cash policy and bully staff there.

I am equally disgusted with E-Fuels for allowing Rix to take them over.

By accepting cash you as a business save yourself the merchants charge on each transaction.

During the conversation I had with a staff member at E-Fuels they said that many customers were equally as angry as myself as their only source of heating oil was now no longer possible and customers were left wondering why did E-Fuels allow Rix to destroy a once great company.

I sent a Letter Of Complaint to Rix which they completely ignored proving that they are a dodgy unscrupulous dishonest company that should be avoided.

You only have to look at how many bad reviews this excuse of a company have to establish just how unprofessional they are and do not even have the social intelligence and business acumen to reply to a customers complaint. (See my other review about this)

Lets all do our very best to put Bullies out of business and DO NOT GIVE RIX YOUR CUSTOM.

It is the only way to stop this disgraceful behaviour.

Message to Rix,

1) I did not give "Feedback" I made a complant.

2) You still have NOT explained why my complaint went unanswered.

Why can companies not face up to complaints and try to water them down as "Feedback"

As I staded earlier, lets do everything we can to put Rix out of business by not purchacing from them.

Been a long standing business customer of rix for many years however we were due a delivery today at the latest and just received a text saying it’s now rescheduled to Friday , after a phone call to the market Drayton office expressing we are out of fuel and is there any way it can be delivered tomorrow we were met back with the attitude of they couldn’t care less and delivery is Friday 🤷‍♂️ it will be the last delivery now and will move suppliers very annoying to say the least after years of loyalty to them

I would like to thank Rix, for repairing our oil boiler. Fantastic prompt response, the engineer Tom Worrall was polite, and efficient. First class service from everyone at Rix.

Paid a premium for urgent delivery on Friday, but it was a no-show. No communication until Monday, and then it was pushed to five days later! Canceled right away and won't return.

Been promised to deliver by day 10 from ordering. 11th day today, still not been delivered. Used Rix for the last 2 years, but will think again before ordering next time. Tank is running really low, won’t be surprised if it runs out before they deliver

Just ordered heating oil and have to say that whether I speak to Montrose or Grangemouth the cusromer service team is always super friendly and helpful.

I don't often post reviews but very deserving in this case.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
Did not deliver when they said, also did not charge the correct amount.

Do not use, you have been warned!

Been using Rix since we started with oil heating for over 5 years. Yes they're not the cheapest around but they always deliver, always on time, always ring about an hour in advance. "A" class service every time. Customer service is always on point.
