I called in on Sunday afternoon, not even expecting someone to be available, Adrian picked up and I couldn't have asked for a better rep, after explaining my situation, he walked me through all available options and made sure everything was clear whenever I had questions.

Do not trust this company or any of its staff members. They will send you paperwork and mailing documents saying you have been pre approved for a loan. Emilio Monsalve will then tell you that it’s a debt forgiveness program. You will find out that you are being misled and your credit will be destroyed. I never once gave any code to anyone. Remember that this is a company that will lie to you and your credit will be destroyed. The response from this company is to never admit but to lie and mislead you
