I did a two day microblading course at RJL Education and had a great experience. Very friendly team and well organised. The place is lovely and super clean as well, I would highly recommend for training or as a model.

I visited RJL as a model for Botox, I have had Botox in the past so I knew what to expect. The lady giving the training made me feel at ease and I could tell she knew her stuff and the students practising on me took it really seriously and did a fantastic job, 2 weeks later and the Botox has fully kicked in and I am delighted with the results! Thank you girls!

Myself and my daughter went to the salon and had a fabulous experience. My daughter had a full head of hilights, cut and blow and I had a cut and blow. We were both very pleased and I have recommended the salon to my friend and her daughter. We will definitely visit again.

Visited for the 1st time today Heather made me feel so at ease and was very friendly. I was so happy with my haircut and everyone loves it. I was so nervous having a lot cut off my hair but her and Danielle really made me feel better about it and it looks fab. Would definitely recommend and I'll definitely be back ..thank you ladies

Absolutely amazing experience with the fantastic Helen one of the students, was attentive the whole time amazing results on my hair. This is my 2nd visit and Danielle the trainer is always on point checking the students work and complementing all the all.
Highly recommended great experience.

A lovely space, welcoming staff, warm atmosphere. Well looked after by the team. Went in with hair I’d hacked at myself and came out feeling much more glamourous. Great cut by Theo, will definitely be going back.

I came as a model and was very happy with the way the student did my hair so I booked again and was looking forward to it I then turned up for my appointment to be told basically I couldn’t keep
Coming as a model as my hair was to long and thick and the trainer was speaking down to me in such a degrading way I nearly left but felt bad for the student who was waiting for me the trainer then tried to say oh you can come for a cut etc again but not a blow dry I had to sit through my appointment feeling really degraded and like I wasn’t welcome the trainer then tried to say again about booking as I was leaving then proceeded to phone me on her way home from
Her personal mobile to try and justify how she has spoken to me etc I didn’t engage in any conversation and I had my mum booked in for the week after and my friend as had told them they did a good job etc and the students were lovely but I told them of my experience and they said they would cancel not happy with the way the trainer treats clients I know so many lovely hairdressers and salons in the area and have been always looked after and respected

I started my training at RJL in late January and the training and knowledge I have received is second to none!! When I first started my VCTC Level 2 Hairdressing course I started at 1-2 days a week with an end date of September. But with the phenomenal training I have received from my tutor Danielle I am finish my course 2 months earlier and now moving on to my Level 3!!

The experiences of working in a salon and being around clients while being 100% supported from Danielle has been amazing!! Her depth of knowledge and talent is insane and I feel like I am ready to work in a salon and cannot wait to expand my knowledge further in my level 3!

I could not recommend RJL enough and cannot wait for all the further courses I will be taking here !

Having trained in hairdressing 30 years ago, I wanted to refresh my skills and improve my confidence. I spoke to Ruby who guided me in my choice of course. From day one the training has been second to none. Danielle let me show what I was able to do then catered my Level 3 course to my needs. My confidence has grown and gone from strength to strength.
The tutoring is relaxed and guidance is available at every turn. Danielle is there with tips and guidance to make your styling flow and improve.
The other students are friendly and caring with kind words and compliments
Couldn't ask for better and I will definitely miss being at RJL.
I would highly recommend them if you want to join the hairdressing journey.

I began studying here in April 2023 as one of their first students and couldn’t have asked for more. The support that has been on offer has been second to none and I have felt guided throughout my entire certification process. Help is always on hand, however, there is a high expectation for independent learning and growth through hands on work. This combined with the salon environment, steady stream of clients and friendly peers has created a fantastic learning experience which has left both myself and my fellow students salon ready.

Danielle has been a wonderful tutor and mentor and has gone above and beyond in every possible instance, teaching everything in the VTCT handbook and more, delivering a modern, updated take on the spec.

As I come to the closing stages of my level 2, I very much look forward to beginning my level 3 in Hairdressing which I will be doing at RJL!

The best welcome and the most thorough training. I'm taking the L2 and L3 Hairdressing courses. Danielle's (the tutor) attention to detail and ability to work with your learning style is unmatched. I feel super confident to have a go and learn, in a very supportive environment. I am 24, undertaking a career change and RJL and their experience are making sure its the best decision yet! Nothing but gratitude for finding this place.

The staff are super helpful and have helped me come so far my training for my future career. A lovely environment to study and train in!

Ruby and her staff were really welcoming. Very relaxed atmosphere in the centre. I did the ear piercing course. Ruby was great she was professional, knowledgeable and confident in the training she provided and gave me lots of information along the way. Would highly recommend.

I recently did the classic & Russian lash fast track course at RJL with Chelsea who was very thorough throughout the whole course, she made it very enjoyable and put me at ease. I left feeling very confident and happy to go ahead and start my lash business. The RJL training centre was gorgeous too! Thank you so much I would definitely recommend to do training courses here x

Firstly, the RJL education building is gorgeous and I was very impressed. Secondly, Chelsea my educator on the classic lash extension course was amazing. I was also taught how I can build clientele and a successful business. I will definitely not hesitate to go back for more courses in the future!

I visited RJL in January for the tape extention course! The training centre was beautiful! Ruby was lovely and very welcoming. I have been hairdressing for 17 years and this was by far the best course I have ever been on! Hazel was a brilliant teacher and taught much more than just the tape extensions she was great with the academic side too! I have already booked my next course for February and I can’t wait ❤️
