The questions I had about parts were answered quickly, and professionally. Additional advise was given and I would recommend them to all boaters.
Purchased a Yamaha 8 cylinder transom upper mount plate with quad holes. This will be use on the newer 6 cylinder engine with digital electronic steering. Pattern was correct and the quality is nice.... もっと見る

Great Customer Service, Great Product!!
In today's digital world your email communicate was great! We received our ePropulsion-eLite in perfect condition. Already tested on our dingy in Marina del Rey, CA, and we absolutely love it! This 16 Ib electric engine is amazing! NO MORE 50 Ib gas engine, keeping backup gas on the dingy, the gas mess, and my fiancé having to strain his shoulder cranking the gas engine. Thank you all so much and happy holidays!!

Slight mix up while ordering - google - and mix up with shipping. Great customer service fixed everything and gave timely updates on shipping. Would use them again - very pleased

Should have said so on website. I had to follow up more than once before I got an explanation as to why the order was stuck in "Awaiting Fulfillment." Not given option to cancel order.

A+ customer service
The owner actually took the time to return my call, after hours, from the airport to answer a couple questions I had. Purchased from out of country and shipping to the US and they were very helpful and accommodating.
