When ordered it was expected to be delivered a week later but hadn't even shipped at that point delaying my work that needed to be completed

In a world where communication and effort is lacking, these guys got it right!!

Having Ravi reach out to check in on the order to ensure it wasn't fraud was really excellent but the only reason RK didn't get 5-stars was the lack of communication around the shipment. I had to reach out first to get the tracking versus it being sent to me before the product arrived.

This is the first time I have ordered From this company. I loved they were in US and NYC. They were fast on response and shipping. I am in Ohio And I ordered my item like two days ago and it will be here on the 3rd day. Customer service is also top notch I spoke to an actual person. Highly recommend them.

I am the first time buyer from RK Audio after research for a while. I ended up decided to buy from RK not just because the low price but also for the very responsive manager. I asked question the day before i purchase, the manager call me back on next morning, not just answer my qustion and also provide me useful advice. Really appreciated !!!

Ordered an amplifier on sale. Order never filled and just canceled.
