I had a great experience at RMA - Daniel Rose is a superstar. He spent nearly a week walking me through all the cars available and the comparisons - he is deeply knowledgeable and cares about his customers.

Unprecedented Very bad service. Manager Barry made everything for i picked up my car back from commission. Never answering in WhatsApp properly, had to catch him always to get an answer, no answering phone calls.
No reaction at all to my complaint that new issues appeared because of improper storage.

Had a great experience. The car was in and out within 4 days vs 7 days quoted else where. Niall was fantastic in updating on the progress. Highly recommended

Integrity, passion & customer service is a rare commodity in Dubai in general, let alone the car market, Kat recommended me to Niall in the Detailing/ PPF team and genuinely one of the most pleasant experiences i've had with a service in UAE. He listened and shared the same enthusiasm towards my new car as if it was his own, dealt with out of hours questions and demands as if he were a friend who genuinely cared. Clear communication and experience and didn't try to rip me off once.

Can't put a price on that here, and still threw in a few extras on top because you can see he was actually excited to work on the car.

Cannot express my recommendation enough! Niall is the only person you need to speak to regarding Detailing/ PPF/ Customization in Dubai & although i didn't buy through kat this time she's the one stop shop for buying a vehicle, would consider both good friends after the experience ive had.

I had a great experience with RMA from start to finish. The stock of vehicles was excellent and what started off as a brief visit turned into me changing my car. I'm delighted with the outcome and the assistance from Chris Burt was first class even with the odd hurdle with RTA, finance etc. I would definitely recommend. Thanks Chris!

Great service and excellent quality work on my Car PPF. Well organized I had Daily updates for the work was going on the my car and the result is great, Very happy with them and would like to personally thank Niall and Abed for their service . Would definitely recommend them.
