Renata and her team carried out a deep clean of my two holiday cottages at short notice, very efficiently and to a high standard. I thoroughly recommend.

Renata is truly exceptional. When we urgently reached out to her after relocating to a house that needed significant attention, she managed to accommodate us on short notice. The work she accomplished was remarkable! She put in tremendous effort to elevate our new home to the impeccably high standards we and Renata typically maintain. We are incredibly grateful!

Renata and her team look after our holiday cottage in Chipping Campden. Over the last 20 years we have had a number of housekeepers and Renata is by far and away the best. She is well organised, thoughtful and responsive. She makes sure her team adopt a consistent and systematic approach to delivering a very high standard of cleaning and laundry.

Renata and RM Cleaning team look after our property in Stratford Upon Avon. She manages our changeovers, laundry, and is totally fantastic - also advising us on property management tips which has improved what we offer to guests.

We get great feedback on guests on how clean and fresh the cottage is.

Their cleaning is first class, I often receive comments from guests on the presentation. Renata is a joy to work with, excellent prompt communication, informing me if ever there is a problem and often helping to solve it. I was looking for help keeping on top of my house and Renata came recommended when I was asking around. I’ve just begun to use Renata and her team for a monthly deep clean. Wow, they have got into nooks and crannies I forgot existed! They are incredibly swift, thorough, mindful of what’s going on in the house, respectful and have made a fabulous difference in such a short time. I’m absolutely delighted

Having had builders off and on in our house for almost 6 months we were at our wits end with the thought of having to clean it all. Renata and Doreen came and they were like the most amazing cleaning fairies we have ever ever come across exceptional detail, total professionalism and absolutely charming. I cannot recommend enough. Renata has looked after the cleaning and servicing of our holiday cottage for the last year. Nothing is too much trouble for her and the team, we always get positive feedback from our guests.

We can’t recommend Renata and Brenda enough, they do a fabulous job in cleaning our home and go above and beyond, doing jobs we were not expecting and always happy to give the shower a deep clean when we ask. They are always on time and are very reliable and incredibly trustworthy.

Renata and Brenda are brilliant, they have an amazing eye for detail and don’t just do a tickbox clean; they really pick up on what’s needed, always going above what I’d expect.
The biggest thing for me though is how much I trust them, having people in my home is quite new to me and with previous cleaners I haven’t always felt at ease. However, with Renata and Brenda, I feel very comfortable and would have no concerns about not being in when they come.

Renata is amazing. We called her in a panic after moving into a new (to us) house which was in a bad state! Renata managed to fit us in her schedule at the last minute and what a job she has done! She worked so hard bringing our new home up to our and Renata’s usual very high standards. We cannot thank her enough!
