0 stars, basic issues went unresolved for two months- no building door lock, no electricity in the communal building areas. They could not even source competent contractors for the cleaning and gardening - we had to find and arrange the right ones ourselves. Joke of a company- very high fees, unable to provide clear invoices for charges. Avoid at all costs!

Much improved customer service
I've written two - deserved - scathing reviews of RMG, one earlier this month.
However in the past few days, I've had a much better experience with our new property manager, Aleshia-Marie Scott who has been picking-up, managing and progressing an awful building-wide leak issue that has been dragging on for months - long before she took over.
Recent contact and updates have been regular and informative, along with an understanding of next steps to get the property in better shape. Whilst there is still a lot of work and repairs to do, I feel more positive and confident that this is now being managed effectively by Aleshia.
Thank you, Aleshia! I only wish the previous property managers were more like you.

My experience with the company has been a varied one.
My experience with the company has been a very disappointing, unhappy and frustrating one between April 2025 to late December January 2026 to date.
The communial areas, both inside and outside areas were not maintained to any decent standard until there was a change of estate manager in late December, 2025 namely Jade Ballie...an asset to RMG, who listened to my concerns with empathy and understanding.

I phoned today and was answered by Niamh who could not have been more helpful, compassionate and kind. She went above and beyond and got an answer to my question. A huge thank you Niamh - you probably single-handedly saved my house purchase !
When I rang back to check in on the progress on getting an answer the colleague who dealt with it was likewise kind, gentle and extremely helpful. First class service. Thank you. Both of you!

If you are looking to buy a property…
If you are looking to buy a property whose site is managed by this company, and that you will be charged an annual maintenance fee, stay well away and buy a property elsewhere. This company will take your money, which goes up every year, complete zero maintenance. And when you challenge, you end up with threatening letters from law enforcement companies with extortionate fees. Incredibly unprofessional, continually in breach of their contractual agreement, and very unhelpful, keep well away if you are looking to buy a property whose site is managed by this company.

Corrupt business
Actual scam company. They have been knowingly overcharging our estate for years. The rates continued to rise until I made a formal complaint where they blamed a 'human error'. The rise in fees (incorrect fees) caused me to be unable to keep up the payments and they threatened to send me to court (wouldn't have happened if the charges were correct).
The solicitors they use are also corrupt. They admitted to giving me the incorrect bank details so I couldn't pay this huge fine they force upon me in time, subsequently leading to a higher fine and a threat to court. I now have a CCJ on my account that shouldn't be there if they charged people correctly. They are also saying the £3405 I paid in January didn't even clear all the debt! I had only just managed to pay off the debt I incurred from the previous tenant when the cost increased. From 2021 - 2026 they increased their fees 140% per month! This has massively devalued my property and I cannot sell my home.
They are unable to prove I have a lease with them and they have still not provided me with an updated service charge document so I can attempt to sell the property, albeit at a huge loss because of them.
They have been unable to prove any staff do any work in the estate. All emails, pictures, videos are ignored, on phone calls you're ignored and fobbed off. Given false promises just to get you off the phone.
They aren't a real business. They're a group of scam artists in an office telling tenants work is done, demanding a high fee and expecting us to pay without question.
They believe a £100 goodwill offer (that doesn't even cover one month of service charge) and a 'gift' is reasonable for putting me out of thousands of £'s, preventing me from selling my home and causing me so much mental trauma and distress.
I have REPORTED them to a range of different AUTHORITISE AND SERVICES and I URGE ANYONE ELSE having this company forced upon them do the same thing to get them shut down and PROTECT THE PUBLIC from any more financial harm.
Case 04937180 before Georgia comes back with an automated response saying she can't locate my account.

Really bad service
Really bad. No AGMs. Extortionate service charges for nothing really. Stopped the caretaker without Comms. Can never get any Comms from the"property manager" who seems to change every year.

RMG delayed our House Sale by Months
RMG delayed our house sale for around 6-8 weeks, by loosing records for financial transfers they requested, not providing critical documents or providing weeks after deadline, and also not understanding basic instructions on the phone/talking down to customers while simultaneously never providing answers. Their attitude was always "you jump when we say, we respond when we feel like it." Our solicitor spent weeks just chasing up very basic things. Just terrible, on every level.

Find it hard to understand what I’m…
Find it hard to understand what I’m actually paying for . I own my home outright , I’m essentially paying for a tiny bit of grass to be mowed which I fail to see how it costs each resident over £100 a year for this . All the main green space and maintenance is done by the council. I’m essentially paying double council tax.they also don’t offer any other way to pay other than a lump sum . Simply assume that people will just a have a few hundred spare especially in the world we’re in !
