Ordered an item which was unfortunately stolen by porch pirates, and was given good will by the customer service team to send out a replacement. Can't say any fairer than that. Delivery was also quick.

Bin sehr zufrieden! Die Lieferzeit ist angemessen für eine Sendung aus Großbritannien, man kann die Sendung nachverfolgen, die Ware entspricht der Beschreibung und die Preise sind angemessen. Es gibt eine Retourenadresse in Deutschland, und wenn ich etwas retourniert habe lief die Rückerstattung immer reibungslos. ich bestelle dort immer gerne wieder!

Avoid. I think they just send out items late on purpose, when they fancy it despite what shipping you've paid.
Don't bother, there are nicer things and better customer service ANYWHERE else.
