Waiting a month for this dress it arrived in a plastic bag wadded up. The COTTON dress was made out of cheap flag material, oversized, poorly sewn, and no tags. This is a scam on consumers from China. Never again will I be taken in. TRYING to return. So far they offered 3$! Ha. This is a 5 dollar halloween costume that was $50. DO NOT BUY

I ordered a beautiful mauve and silver dress to wear to my son’s wedding and received a black dress that looks nothing like what I ordered. At this point they have offered $8 as a refund and refuse to give me their address so I can return the dress.

NOT LINEN as was advertised. Looks vile cheap and nasty so a total waste of money.

I purchased a cotton/linen dress according to heading on website. Instead I got a cheap polyester dress. When I complained they said they sent what I bought. Don’t waste your money. Their stuff is the cheapest ever.

I bought 12 pieces in March and I still have not received. When I complain about with Roalove they send me a bunch of eletronic messages without any resolution.

Awful quality- not cotton as described- no content details on item. Scam - another Chinese company but with suppliers in the USA. Don’t waste your money.

The fabric feels breathable while staying flattering enough for casual hangouts; style and coziness combined smoothly in one amazing garment. I absolutely adore this outfit because it feels airy and comfortable enough to wear all day long.

I ordered on 3/15 just received
Not only was it nothing like the picture it was awful crap
And on top of it I ordered 3 pants that were suppose to be linen and they were some cheap disgusting polyester
On top of that I ordered 3 and there was only one in the package
They are thieves and scammers do not order!!!!!
And on top of that they gave one price on the order and charged a different price on my credit card

Really appreciate how comfortable this dress feels against the skin; fabric quality seems solid and durable. The relaxed fit and casual yet stylish design makes wearing this easygoing and enjoyable, with stitching and craftsmanship that meet expectations nicely.

Good quality fabric and comfortable loose fit; belt feels stylish but could use clearer sizing guidelines for better fit.

Awful quality that can't even be used as a pyjama.
The dress comes in a toy size and totally different than the picture, it came blank with with very bad design
Waste of money

Received this in about two weeks packaged neatly without any damage. Stylish loose-fit design and good quality cotton linen fabric match its price. Slightly clearer sizing guidelines could improve the overall shopping experience.

Discovered this site online. Photos drew me in as well as the promise of natural fabrics. Bought 4 tops, 2 pairs of trousers and a jumpsuit. Jumpsuit and trousers in XL. Tops on L. Got at least half a dozen tracking emails. Package eventually arrived. Disappointing quality, not quite as good as the pictures seemed to show. But even more disappointing was that one pair of trousers fit perfectly, while the other pair and the jumpsuit are sized for a diminutive vertically challenged person. Though they are supposed to be the same size as the trousers that do fit. Same thing for one of the blouses, which is way smaller than the other items despite being the same size. And the same ballpark design - casual and loose fitting. So I write to the company saying that this wasn’t very satisfactory. I get an immediate response, which is good, but asking for photos of outside and inside packaging so they can check airwaybill number. I am a little nonplussed by this as my complaint has nothing to do with delivery, and in any case they have written to me quoting the airwaybill number numerous times. It’s pretty clear we all know what this number is. I have thrown the packaging away, but I go through the trash, take the photos, because I am told that otherwise they cannot help me. And I send them. Only to be told by “customer care” that these are indeed the items I ordered - I could have told them that without all the hassle - and they’re sorry they don’t fit, can’t I give them to someone else? As a gesture of goodwill they will give me 20USD. I’ve just basically thrown away 160$ on clothes that are not quite what the photos showed, that don’t fit because the company clearly doesn’t have a consistent sizing policy or can’t produce clothes to a standard size, have been made to go through rubbish for no good reason, and they think 20$ is the appropriate response? No apology, no acknowledgement that perhaps sizes should be more standard. Just “find someone to give them to”. I have told them very politely where they can stick their 20$. I just hope this review stops other women from making a stupid mistake and dealing with such a fraudulent company

Atrocious - a supposedly cotton dress (as advertised is clearly synthetic) and of course no reply to my email when I see I refund, and the phone line is constantly busy. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Took ages to get here - then they sent the wrong items (which I cannot wear) and then tried to make me accept a fraction of the money I spent to "compensate" me. I sent email saying this was not acceptable as it was completely their error. They then said if I returned the items via registered post (which would have cost almost as much if not more than the items themselves!) they might refund me. Told them this was not acceptable and they replied and basically said "bad luck" and now won't respond to my emails.

Scam scam scam. Chinese based. Customer service is dishonest. Don’t buy from them.

LaLove Fashion is a scam! Not an Australian company as indicated on the website, poor customer service and will only accept a return of return to China with tags on the product, however products don't come with tags! Clothes are ill-fitting! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
