We recently took a week long tour with them. We were 2 female travellers. Our driver and guide Arslan was well aware of the history, places to visit and he explained each and everything to us in such a detail. He was also charming, always smiling , flexible and very punctual. He made our tour and the entire trip hassle free, memorable and amazing. He told and took us to some amazing shopping places like budget friendly perfume shopping, suggested so many good vegetarian restaurants. In short, we felt very safe, completely stress free during our entire travel and thanks to him.
Moreover, the vehicle was well maintained, cleaned and very hygienic.
We highly recommend the company and our Arslan for anyone planning to visit Dubai or UAE.

Roamalot was extremely reliable and customer obsessed when it came to arranging a 4 day Dubai iternary for my parents and I. They went out of their way to get all the bookings and tickets ahead of time and provided us with a guide Arslan who was an absolute delight to be around. He took care of my parents as his own and was genuinely the best. Would highly recommend this company without any reservations.
