Never again
I received a Roamer watch as a gift in July 2021, purchased from an online store. It had a small issue with the strap, but nothing particularly serious. In November 2022, some of the numbers detached from the dial, and the movement no longer worked correctly. Since more than a year had passed since the purchase, I contacted the manufacturer directly for warranty repair. I exchanged several emails with a certain Mrs. Valeria from technical support. They asked me to send the watch to Switzerland, AT MY EXPENSE, which was completely unfair, given that it was a manufacturing defect. After the repair, the watch was returned to me with the dial replaced, but the movement had completely stopped working. I contacted them again, and they asked me to send the watch back, again at my expense. Upon return, the watch was in the same condition as when I had sent it, non-functional. At that point, Mrs. Valeria told me that they were unable to repair it and refused to replace or refund it. For Roamer, warranty laws are worthless. Now I have a non-functional watch at home that only serves to remind me of the miserable quality of Roamer's customer service and that the company pocketed the price of the watch in exchange for nothing. I tried to contact consumer organizations in Spain and also in Switzerland, but since Switzerland is not part of the European Union, it is not easy to assert one's rights.
